+++ UNDISPUTED +++
"I am the greatest!" says the late Muhammad Ali is formerly known as Cassius Clay. No one can dispute that he used his skills in the ring and outside the ring to defeat his opponents.
There's also the undisputed fact that Alexander the Great earned his title of the greatest leader of his times as he defeated armies after armies.
We could go down the list of people whom we consider to be great leaders but none of them can compare to the leadership of Jesus Christ.
In this Special Edition Episode, I share some of my thoughts on why and even did my best impression of Muhammad Ali if you'll call it that. :-)
I even read a portion of my book as a sneak preview and made an announcement you'll want to hear.

+++ PUT THE "I" BACK IN TEAM +++
You've probably heard and used the phrase yourself: There is no "I" in a team. Am I right?
Have you ever stopped to ask why whoever invented that phrase did so? Do you know what the original meaning is?
I really don't know. I would say it was probably well-intentioned but faulty.
In this episode, you'll hear why I challenged and dismantled this long-standing and readily accepted phrase and what I offered as an alternative.

The term Fake News has become mainstream within the last few years. It's hard to know what or who to believe when it comes to the media.
Unfortunately, everyone gets lumped together. It's the "good suffering for the bad."
This is also true in the area of leadership.
Across almost all spectrum, there are those leaders who have proven to be "fake." They've made it difficult for other leaders who are truly "good" leaders. People don't know whom to trust in the area of leadership anymore. So what do we do?
In this episode, you will discover the path to change the existing story on leadership.

I grew up hearing this phrase: "Curiosity kills the cat!" Did you hear that as well?
I never knew how that came about. I can only imagine it had to do with a cat trying hard to get a better view of something and died in the process. Who knows.
But this I know: when I heard it, it was said in the context of "you are asking too many questions" and "it's none of your business." This almost led to my death, not physically, but in another way.
In this episode you will hear how being curious makes you a better leader as it did for me.

"Impossible," you might say. "No one can become a better leader in such a short period of time!"
Is that your immediate reaction?
If so, it's perfectly understandable especially in an age of so many promises being made by so many people and a lot of it is simply a scam. I too would be skeptical.
But, you'll be surprised that these 5 words to become a better leader by tomorrow might surprise you.

Please share this episode with at least one other person and leave me a rating and review on the platform you are listening on. It may be as simple as a comment. Thanks in advance.

The word attractive and leader may be misleading to some. It may suggest that I'm talking about physique. Quite the contrary. That would be beyond my paygrade.
However, the term is used in different ways. Many people, including myself, have a leader or leaders in mind, that we would want to be like. There's something about them that draws us to them. That is what is meant by the term attractive leader.
In this episode, you'll discover what truly makes a leader attractive and how you can become one as well.
Please remember to leave a review and ratings, and any other comment on the platform through which you listen. It helps with expansion. I need your help in that area.

What does it mean to say someone is a strong leader? Do people understand what is being meant?
One person in one part of the world may have one definition while someone in another part of the world may have another. Who is right?
There is not a universal definition for the term. It is rather a relative term.
The unfortunate thing is that what is passed off as being a strong leader could be very misleading to say the least. Many atrocities are taking place under that very term and it gives place to reproducing after its kind, which could be harmful to many.
In this episode, you'll be provoked to reconsider and find a better way to describe leadership.
Please share this episode if you find it entertaining, educational, and informative and remember, you are one skill away ...
In 2004, during the Super bowl halftime show, performers Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake, had a moment in their performance that made history.

Do you smile often? What do people say when you do?
Even though people might not say what they're thinking or feeling when they see you smile, research shows that it has an Effect on them.
A recent study is published in the journal Psychological Bulletin showed that people who smile tend to be happier. When leaders adapt smile as one of their "tools of the trade," they will get more positive results from team members.
In my new book: The Emotelligent Leader - Succeed Where Others Failed, I point out this very idea even before reading this study. I make the case for leaders to smile more because it makes them more approachable and warm. These outcomes lead to more harmony, joy, and productivity. Happy people make people happy.
