Who decides sexy? Have you ever wondered who decides on and on what criteria do they base their decision on "the sexiest woman or man in the world?"
This show is NOT about that even though it is mentioned briefly and what my thoughts are on that.
But is there such a thing as sexy leadership or was there such a thing as sexy leadership? We cannot put back something if what we are putting back wasn't there in the first place. Right?
O.K. Enough of that confusing talk. How do we put sexy back into leadership without the sex?
It's all included in today's episode. Listen and share your thoughts with me or with someone you invited to listen with you.

+++ HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY +++
Have you heard this phrase: "Happy wife, happy life?" It's a sticky phrase because if rhymes, wife, and life. But is there more to it?
My mind is funny when it comes to these things.
I guess I have somewhat of a rebellious streak in me of sorts, almost always want to look behind things to see where, who, why, how, when, etc.
Maybe it's curious instead of rebellious.
Anyway, my mind wonders who originated this phrase: was is a man or a woman? Secondly, why? I'll stop there because I talked more about that in this episode of the podcast.
And in case you're thinking that's all you'll discover, I can assure you, there's a whole lot more as I make the case for Happy Leader, Happy Team.

Mentorship. Hmm. Is that something I do or is it something that I need to have someone do for me - mentor me?
This concept has been around for a long time even before it was given this label. If we look back over our lives, we probably were being mentored and have mentored others and didn't realize that we were doing so.
On the other hand, we've heard stories of or have had an experience where mentoring didn't end up having a positive outcome.
In this episode, you'll hear both sides of mentoring especially when insecurity become part of the equation.

+++ A $16Million Blunder +++
What could you do with $16million? I could do a whooooole lot with it. I'm sure you could too.
O.K. Here's another question for you: What would you do if someone cost your organization $16million?
Well, it happened and I talked about what happened and how it could have been avoided in this episode.
The one thing I'll say here: it could have been avoided if this leader had a higher EQ.

When the word partnership is generally used in the context of leadership, it normally refers to peer partnership where one leader partners with another leader.
Even though that is admirable and recommended so we learn from other leaders, it is also important if not more important, to partner with our team members.
Why?
In this episode you'll discover why this is so and why it is highly recommended. You will also hear some announcements that will interest you as a leader.

Relationship Management? Really? How is that a secret sauce? What does relationship management have to do with successful leadership?
These may be a few questions that you are wrestling with at the offset and If you I would be right there with you if I didn't know otherwise.
I wrote a whole chapter in my new book: The Emotelligent Leader - Succeed Where Others Failed, on this very topic.
In this episode I share some of that in explaining why this is the 2nd secret sauce of successful leadership.

+++ A MUST HAVE +++
Every building, movement, organization, etc all have one thing in common ... a foundation; something to build on. There is a reason for that.
Since that is true, wouldn't it be true that leaders have a foundation as well? Shouldn't there be something we reference as a foundation for successful leadership? If so, what is it?
In this episode, you will hear what this foundation is or at the least, what it should be. You will also hear the definition of Stewardship and why it is the foundational trait to successful leadership.

I know to envy someone is not good but I do believe that if there's any envying that's gonna be done, let it be that others envy you for your good deeds.
