Hi, and welcome to episode 46 of the Kit & Krysta Podcast. We're recording this the day after Christmas so it's going to be a bit of a shorter more chill episode. We'll talk about the recent happenings with Nintendo setting all of the Nintendo Minute videos to private and go into why we think this is and what we think this means and of course how we feel about it all. The bulk of this episode will be dedicated to answering questions from our wonderful Patreon community. We're a bit behind since we didn't do a Q&A segment in our GOTY episode so doing a bit of catch-up here. Hope you're all having a great holiday and enjoy the last episode of 2022. We can't wait to tell you what we have in store for 2023. It's going to be great!

Hi Friends and welcome back to another episode of the Kit & Krysta Podcast. We're very festive this week but we do have to talk about a topic that isn't very jolly and it's all this drama with Nintendo and the competitive Smash community. We've worked closely on this while we were at Nintendo and things are pretty dire. Perhaps it's time for Nintendo to just throw up the white flag and give up trying to control this. We can't jump straight into the unpleasantness so let's ease in with a fun storytime about when we had to steal a Christmas tree to salvage a Nintendo Minute episode about to go awry. We also share our favorite holiday vibe games in our Never A Minute segment. We have a super meaty Games We are Playing segment because we both beat God of War! And of course we answer a handful of questions from our wonderful Patreon subscribers.

0:00 - The pink Christmas tree is UP!
10:23 - Stolen Christmas tree saves Nintendo Minute
18:37 - Holiday vibe games
27:09 - Games we are playing (God of War, Playdate, Pentiment, Vampire Survivors)

Hello and welcome to episode 42 of the Kit & Krysta Podcast! We're getting so close to The Game Awards so we have another story to share about the year Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey were both nominated for Game of the Year. Somehow this caused mass panic inside Nintendo but it was certainly an iconic year for the company. We are both deep in God of War so we share our latest thoughts and feelings on the game. In our news section we talk about how Pokemon Scarlet/Violet broke every record imaginable even though the game has some glaring performance issues and discuss what this means for the future of the franchise. We wrap it all up by answering questions from our wonderful Patreon community.

0:00 - One of us is sick, guess who?
9:32 - Storytime: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey at The Game Awards in 2017 (Nintendo panicked!)
