1 year ago today I embarked on my podcast journey, The KlanaKitty Kit was born!

In this episode I celebrate that as well as looking at how to empower others to take a chance on something they want to achieve. 

We all love a good natter right?!! But....

So many times in life we simply don't use the voice that we have been given, to the extent where we hold ourselves back or allow ourselves to be hurt. 

In this episode I want you to look at how you are using your voice and why it is so important to do so.

Why can't we just say NO to things we don't want to do, are not happy with, we don't like? Absolutely bonkers isn't it? But yet it is still something that a great many of us struggle with!

In this episode I try to help you work towards empowering yourself, giving yourself permission to do so! There is also a small task in here for you all to do.

This episode looks at parental controls and influence and how that can effect us as adults. It also looks at some coping strategies as well as solutions around this.

Why is it actually so hard for us to ask for help? Would asking for help not make our lives easier?
In this episode I look at the reasons why we find it difficult to ask for help as well as ways we can try and get out of the habit of doing so. 

In this episode I look at the childhood pattern we have of 'wishing' for things in the future.  How we need to focus more on being present in all aspects of life.
