My "people" take many forms... on Sunday's it's fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. On Sunday afternoons, after Church, it's those who engage in the Sunday hoops festivities with me. When it's with Rae and D, it's my siblings; and the list goes on and on. Tonight, it was about being at a black game night; and I had a fabulous time...

I'm really bad at saying no to things. In part, because these days, the options aren't bad they are just good commitments and time is valuable; and I'm learning the reality of that. 1 yes is worth a thousand "no's" ... I wish I came up with that... We'll say I did. Hopefully this hits for someone.

Day 3 was interesting... I got out of bed, started leg day, and was in for a surprise with some geriatric homies. It was one of the best workouts I've had in awhile. Here's to spontaneity.
