I can’t believe what I have written or felt back then.   Journaling is an underrated form of meditation. It helps us with mental clarity, stay calm, mindfulness, zen, productivity, mental health, wellness, and much more.   I’ve spent 10 years writing travel journals and published 2 travel journal books.   I decided to have fun in this video. There's no doubt that California San Francisco has a lot to offer: world’s famous Golden Gate Bridge, 2018 NBA champions Golden State Warriors, Napa wine tasting, and Silicon Valley innovation, to name a few. Silicon Valley has been driving the world’s economic growth, and Google, Apple, Facebook are among the top employers in the world every single year. It’s an ideal place for many entrepreneurs and those chasing the startup dream.   However, in my opinion, San Francisco is way overrated.
