Let's understand that God made us from dirt were is the grace and mercy for each other beyond color lines?

How do we let God help us deal with past hurts around the color of our skin?

Forgiveness is not for the person who hurt you it's for you.

Can you forgive yourself?

Who do you need to forgive?

 [34 Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, because they do not know what they are doing.”][c] And they divided His clothes and cast lots. Luke 24:34

“Love chooses reconciliation over retaliation every time.”

I stepped out of my comfort zone and response she stepped out of hers.  I am learning to be a better prayer person. I had to let go of rejection and ask more than once for something I desired.

What are you holding back?

Where were you rejected but had to go back to?

How did you grow in the moment?

Sitting in gratitude today

Matthew 7:7 - Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (NIV)

I encourage you to read 1 Peter 5:1-11

What do you need to release to God today that creates anxiety in you?  

Who can you reach out to for support, prayer, an ear?

These types of people are critical to our survival honestly.

Genesis 1 - God created for 6 days and on the 7th day He kicked off his sandals and wrapped His rope tight and chilled in awe of what He had created.

We too should give ourselves permission to sit and enjoy the beauty of what we create.  If you haven't created in a while I want to encourage you to get out there and create something.  It doesn't have to be the next masterpiece but let it be a piece of you.  Tell a story with it.  Honor your process.  Then rest and look at it.
