It's really about God... I do my best to now do anything apart of God.  I read my bible, I listen to different messages, I journal, I pray and I sit quietly in the presence of God.  All of this to say - I believe everything in God's word is true and life affirming.  I want to reflect Jesus and I believe that is what God wants for me too.  

You will need your bible, journal and some pens for today.  God is surely going to give you a word that will feed you for today.

Today's message is about the 5 fold ministry and what God says about it.  You are gifted uniquely and called into unity in spreading God's word and sharing His good news with the world.  Until everyone has been introduced to the truth of who God is we are tasked to do that.  Don't get tired of sharing your God stories with people.  It's truly the gift that might save their live.

And [His gifts to the church were varied and] He Himself appointed some as apostles [special messengers, representatives], some as prophets [who speak a new message from God to the people], some as evangelists [who spread the good news of salvation], and some as pastors and teachers [to shepherd and guide and instruct], 12 [and He did this] to fully equip and perfect the saints (God’s people) for works of service, to build up the body of Christ [the church]; 13 until we all reach oneness in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, [growing spiritually] to become a mature believer, reaching to the measure of the fullness of Christ [manifesting His spiritual completeness and exercising our spiritual gifts in unity].

I picked up the phone and called my friend... we chatted things were said situation was fixed and now we are on our way to healing and bonding.

Friendships are hard y'all I struggle in this area.  I hurt a friend I didn't even know it.

Spend some time reflecting on who could you have possibly hurt and didn't even know.  What would you do now with that information?  How would you try to repair it?  What would you say?  When would you invite God in?

Pencil, pen and journal would be great right now.  Let it flow God knows.  He is wanting to help you repair some stuff.

It's a rebirth no negativity and creating negative space where God couldn't speak.  A year of intimacy that took me from But God... to Yes and.. God.  

How are you seeing God?

Sit with God & ask Him for your community to reflect what He is doing in your life.

This ‘consistency’ journey requires so much more than myself.  I have partnered with God.  I had to partner in conversation with my friends but above everything I had to let go of just being by myself.

God is calling me into community, He is calling me to unite with others.  He is probably calling you too.
