Voters are poised to turn out in record setting numbers for a mid-term Congressional election. Republicans are heavily favored to take the majority in the U.S. House and could also win control of the U.S. Senate if some expected 'toss-up' races become Republican victories. So, if a record number of votes are cast and Republicans win both majorities in Congress, how will Democrats scapegoat their monumental political loss.
