For this episode I invited Carmen Cisneros who is a vendor manager.Being a Vendor Manager myself, for about 8 years, this is a subject that is really close to my heart, so I thought it was important to bring someone passionate about their job and very active in the community to show the importance of vendor management as a crucial role for language service providers.Carmen published a book about Vendor Management, so I really wanted to talk to her and see what she had to say.
