A story from a Powers family reunion leads into the tale of how Matt’s father got out serving in Vietnam after a run-in with a police officer’s nightstick.

Matt then tells stories about his long lost friend and their tales of drunkenness, including Matt’s friend picking a fight with an entire bar and the surprise ending no one saw coming.
