On this very special episode of the podcast we had Mandurah's finest and Featherweight boxing champion: "Action" Jackson England joining us. We had a very in depth conversation about his history with boxing and aspirations for the future. From moving from Sydney to Mandurah and being thrown into boxing at the age of 15. Having turned pro at the age of 19, he has taken the Perth boxing circuit by storm and aims to one day become world champion. He has an upcoming fight on February 26th at Thunderdome.

On this episode of the podcast Joe sat down for a zoom call with Mackenzie Baker, whom is a very knowledgeable and respected nutritionist. We discussed the pros and cons of different types of diets, the supplements that work and the ones that are marketing gimmicks. We also dived deep into the benefits and risks revolving around diary. We also cleared the air on collagen and knowing what type of supplements is best for you. Mackenzie also gave some insight into some nutritional myths and which sources are best for learning about nutrition.

On this episode of the podcast we reviewed what was an absolute dominant performance by Max Holloway over Calvin Kattar. Further proving that he is one of the greatest featherweights in the history of the UFC by breaking his own records.

We also recounted the fights on the main card involving the war between seasoned fighters Carlos Conduit and Matt Brown but also discussed whether it was time for them to retire. Also, the Joaquin Buckley hype train being derailed by a head kick from Alessio Di Chirico, who also closed his 3 fight losing streak.

On this episode of the podcast we asked each other alot of questions and gave our input and answers to each one.

The biggest question we raised is whether or not Khabib will come back after his scheduled meeting with Dana White in Abu Dhabi. Also, we asked each other, if Khabib comes back, who will he fight?

Another discussion was around Shogun Rua and whether or not he should retire now after losing to Paul Craig. According to sources he has one fight left but who will he face considering he is very low in the rankings. 

We went on to talk about Diego Sanchez's last fight, the Max Holloway vs. Calvin Kattar and when will Leon Edwards fight Khamzat Chimeav 

On this episode of the podcast we reviewed the recent fight between Ryan Garcia and Luke Campbell, having witness Ryan get knocked down for the first time in his pro career. We also discussed what could be next for the 22-year-old boxing prodigy, prehaps a potential fight with Gervonta Davis. Another topic of conversation, was the idea that boxing is in decline because it has too many belts.

We both then went on to talk about the beef between One Championship veteran: Ben Askren and Youtube sensation turned pro boxer: Jake Paul. Could this beef be settled in either a boxing ring or octagon

We dived deep into what fights we want to see for 2021 and could there be a triple champion?

We broke down the last UFC Fight Night of 2020, the likeliness of Jorge Gamebred Masvidal avenging his loss to Stephen Wonderboy Thompson in 2021 following his callout and Anthony Pettis' last fight in the UFC. We looked at our picks for fighter of the year and fights of the year followed by our thoughts on Jake Paul calling out Conor McGregor and Dillon Danis.
