On this episode of the podcast Jeremy joined Joe via zoom call. Jeremy has been performing stand-up comedy for almost 6 years and has begun to take flight with his career. We discussed what inspired him to get involved in open mic and his early days working in the comedy industry. Also, we talked about his comedy style, how he writes his material and why he is a big supporter of the dark style of comedy. Recently he performed at the Regal theatre alongside fellow Perth comedians after 6 months on the road performing in bars and clubs. Jeremy gave Joe insight to his experience and advice to anyone looking to expand their comedy career.

On this episode of the podcast Joe was joined by Kayde Wilkie via a zoom call. Kayde opened up to Joe about his history with being a male entertainer and how he came about the line of work. Also, he gave insight to some of his memories whilst on the job and gave some advice to all the young performers and those who have a desire to get into the industry. Another topic of discussion was appearing on 2019's season of the Bachelorette and gave some insight to his experience whilst being a contestant on the reality tv show.

This is part 2 of our previous episode which we talked about the upcoming rematch between Stipe Miocic vs Francis Ngannou and gave our predictions on who will win. We also talked about other fights on the main card such as the tyron Woodley vs Vincete Lique and Sean O'Malley vs Thomas Almeida. Another topic of discussion was the release of the Synder Cut of Justice League. We went into a heavy discussion about the film and what we thought of the long awaited release. Finally we reviewed the first episode of the Falcon & The Winter Soldier which featured an appearance from MMA legend George St-Pierre.

On this episode of the podcast we discussed the past fight night card which included the main event between Derek Brunson vs Kevin Holland, which we believe exposed some holes in Kevin Hollands game. We also reviewed the other fights on the main card including Tai Tuivasas knockout and Max Griffins TKO. In other news, we discussed Khabib now officially retiring and brought up the discussion whether or not he is the GOAT (Greatest of All Time). We also talked about the recently scheduled bout between Charles Oliveria vs Michael Chandler which is for vacant lightweight title. Also, considering that the title is now vacated we argued whether or not Chandler having a title shot was fair since he's only fought once in the UFC.

On this episode of the podcast Joe was joined by Olivia Clifford via zoom call. Liv is black belt in Karate, having spent over a decade practicing and developing her craft which lead to her travelling around the world competing and representing Australia. We also discussed her background growing up, coming from a small country town and her upbringing. Another topic of discussion was her experiences travelling whilst competing and how she balances studying full time at university for a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, whilst working multiple jobs and still training consistently. Liv gave Joe insight into how she managed to stay disciplined throughout the lockdown and then developed into an in depth discussion about her fighting style and game plan coming into her tournaments.

On this episode of the podcast Joe was joined by Amber Allen & Hannah Irving. Together they run Social Friends, an online business that is dedicated to educating business owners on how to navigate through the uncharted waters of social media. We started off as a educational discussion about how business' can increase their online presence, generate leads and also engage with clients, also lead to an conversation about mental health. 

Both ladies are running an 6 Week Social Media Bootcamp which I highly recommend to all business looking to increase their online traffic and build a better brand.

This was the second episode that we filmed this past Sunday which continues from episode 54. We discussed the potential matchup between Derrick Lewis and Ciryl Gane, arguing that the winner will be for the number 1 contender spot for the heavyweight title. We also broke down the recent trailers released for the Justice League Snyder cut which is only 4 days away from being released as of the time we recorded this episode. Another topic of discussion was the upcoming fight between Australia's own Tai Tuivasa vs. Don'Tale Mayes and also the scheduled bout between Tony Ferguson vs. Beneil Dariush

On this episode of the podcast we discussed the recent UFC fight night which involved Leon eye poking Belal which resulted in the bout being ended as a no contest. We went into a deep discussion about why the UFC need to replace their gloves with a more modern design such as the one crafted by Trevor Whitman. We also talked about the illegal knee thrown by Eryk Anders against Darren Stewart. Another topic of discussion was Dan Ige's spectacular knockout and agreed that his next fight should be someone within the top 5. We also reviewed the fights between Misha Cirkunov vs Ryan Spann and Jonathon Martinez vs. Davey Grant.

On this episode of the podcast Ben Griffin joined Joe for an conversation via zoom call. Ben is a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning coach and accredited Exercise Physiologist. Having come from a sporting background his passion for sports science and fitness has led him to gaining a Bachelors of Coaching Science and Masters of Exercise Science. We went into an in depth discussion about training principles, workout splits, coaching sprinters and the benefits of trap bar deadlifting.
