First, The plaintiff was raised to believe one man was her father until her mother confessed that the defendant might be her dad. She’s petitioning the court for a paternity test. The defendant admits he had an affair with the plaintiff’s mother, but he didn’t realize he might have a daughter until a few years ago.

Then, The plaintiff says her great-grandson, the co-plaintiff, was addicted to meth, but he got clean. She says she bought a trailer for him from the defendant, but the defendant misrepresented its condition. They’re suing for a refund. The defendant says the trailer belonged to her son and was an as-is sale.
