This week all 3 hosts were back around the campfire to catch up on all things Destiny 2. ECHOES - Act 3 kicks off with the NEW Exotic Mission Encore: Overture even though it has a couple of bugs so far, but does get you an exotic Special Auto Rifle. Gamescom brought a TON of games news and we discuss many games coming up and also what we've been playing.

This week it was just Ebontis at the campfire as the other two hosts were fairly busy this week. Ebontis caught up on why he missed Travis wedding, the Game release calendar for the remainder of 2024 and then discussed where Destiny is at right now.

Act 2 of Echoes wrapped up on Tuesday, but the bigger news was Bungie losing about 1/3 of it's staff... most immediately losing their jobs. We got into a debate about debate and opinions and how things are presented, but we are all good. Ebontis did get to play Star Wars Outlaws somewhere in there.

Week 2 of Act 2 for ECHOES brought the third battleground, but the story of the Conductor is still mostly untold. Can Act 3 save ECHOES?

Destiny 2 Episode 1 "ECHOES" launched Act 2 on Tuesday. The story didn't move that far forward even though Saint is more confused than ever about what is real for him. As for the content we got the first two of three battlegrounds which were sizable in content addition, but with only a couple weapons to grind for that currently don't have their focusing unlocked it is off to a bumpy start and this Episodic pacing is still unproven.

Part 1 is our interview with the Cinematics Director @ Bungie, Jimmie Myers. A great chat about so many of the cinematic moments of The Final Shape. With Travis out of Town, LordCognito and Ebontis discuss the Act 2 preview we received this week.

Act 1 for ECHOES is finished, what did we think of it. Also Iron Banner is going to last for 2 straight weeks, the community has some thoughts.
