Nl: De zon scheen fel boven Amsterdam.
En: The sun shone brightly above Amsterdam.

Nl: Op die mooie dag, liepen Lars en Emma over de hobbelige straatjes van de stad.
En: On that beautiful day, Lars and Emma walked along the bumpy streets of the city.

Nl: Ze zagen de oude, mooie huizen.
En: They saw the old, beautiful houses.

Nl: Ze zagen de boten in de grachten.
En: They saw the boats in the canals.

Nl: Lars had zijn telefoon vast.
En: Lars had his phone in hand.

Nl: Het was selfie tijd!
En: It was selfie time!

Nl: Plotseling, met de beroemde Magere Brug als achtergrond, wilde Lars een perfecte selfie maken.
En: Suddenly, with the famous Magere Brug as the background, Lars wanted to take a perfect selfie.

Nl: Hij stapte een beetje achteruit.
