The Language Every Leader Speaks
The language that every leader speaks is action.
Leaders see problems and get a plan of action to overcome that problem so they can lead others to change the problem into a victory.
It’s easy to point out what’s wrong, anyone can do that!
We’ve all known people who bring problems to the table. News flash: there will ALWAYS be problems in any organization.
People who lack leadership will want to delegate the solution to other people.
But it takes a leader to identify a problem, envision a solution and lead others to bring change.
Matthew 14:15-17
As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said, “This is a remote place, and it’s already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food.” 16 Jesus replied, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.” 17 “We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish,” they answered.
If people are around you, you have everything you need.
The Language a Leader Speaks: A leader will speak vision. A leader will speak ideas. (What do you think about this? Have you tried this?) A leader will speak encouragement.
The Language Leaders Don’t Speak: Leaders don’t speak complaint. Leaders don’t speak gossip. Leaders don’t speak status quo.
