Neil shares the most important evidence-based competencies a leader needs to embody for work and career success. Driven by a video posted on social media that could be easily interpreted as "angry black woman", Neil makes it clear how leaders can sabotage their own career without careful attention to their choices and responses.

Neil Edwards is the host of The Leadership Range, he is a mindset coach who works with leaders on the four dimensions that determine their future: leadership, relationships, well-being and inclusion. His clients are on a journey to become increasingly inclusive, confident leaders, who are moving from leading some to leading everyone. He believes to become a great leader requires a willingness to challenge fixed beliefs, blind spots and shadows, biases, fears, old habits, and much or the rationalizations that profoundly keep leaders stuck.
