Leadership is a gift and something that must be taken seriously. You have “real” people under your guidance. 

Sadly, many times individuals are promoted for the wrong reasons. They never receive true leadership training and it shows. 

These people are often all about themselves, climbing the corporate ladder is their primary objective. Caring for their people and their needs are often forgotten.

As I watch the world around me I see an alarming trend happening. My Christian brothers and sisters are not “winning” enough. I see it from my clients and employees, we are all giving up quickly and allowing the enemy to take what is ours… with not much of a fight. 

We say things like “God has something better.”, “ It must not be for me.” , “ What God has for me and no one can take it away”. or He will open another door.” 
These are true statements in some cases but this should not be the norm for us. Let’s stop making excuses for us not doing our part.

 After you have prayed and heard from God, it’s now our turn to act. He told the children of Israel that they had to TAKE the land. Friends it is time for us to take our land!

Today we will discuss 3 elements we need to grow in. 3 Elements that will cause us to start winning!

 Be it business ownership or professional career, as a Christian, you have what it takes to succeed. Partnering with God is key. He can give you insider information. Information that can save you years of effort.

 Business is not easy and anyone selling you that you can only work a few hours per week and be successful is leading you down the wrong path. Business owners know that working for yourself will require you to work longer, harder, and smarter. 

But it is so worth the effort. Living life on your own terms is huge and so worth it!
