Inspiring Girls’ research has recognized that between the ages of 10-15, there is a noticeable in drop in confidence for girls and that it is also the age at which gender stereotypes start to kick in and girls start to formulate ideas about what jobs they might want to do, what jobs are for them, what jobs are more male or female. Emily & Vicky discuss how Inspiring Girls combats this and the culture around women in the workplace today.
