As Leaders of Creative we talk a really good game of how we prioritize and appreciate our people. But it's not enough that we talk about it, they have to actually feel it.

Sarcasm and Passive Aggression run far too rampant in our world of Leadership of Creativity.  It's high time we stop the cycle.

"Have a safe weekend!" 

"Be safe out there!"

"Have a safe day at work!"

We hear it all the time. While I am all for Safety, I also believe it's a given. It's a rule of the game, but it is definitely not a strategy for winning. Safety is important, but it does not inspire. 

No matter what accomplishments we make, somebody always helps us. It's good to remember this every now and again.

The hard work of getting down off our pedestal and doing the work we are meant to be doing.

Bad ideas need no help presenting themselves as bad. So then, what do we do with bad ideas?

Bad leaders speak poorly of the competition. Good leaders never speak poorly of the competition. Great leaders, though, great leaders celebrate the competition.

One critical (and clarifying) question we need to ask before taking on or taking over a new project.
