The ability to focus is a skill that anyone can and should develop. A lack of focus could be detrimental in the life of a leader and his or her organization. 

Some common signs of lack of focus:

If you have anxiety versus peace.

If you have more frustration than fulfillment.

If you have no passion which is hindering your perspective.

If you are finding yourself comparing instead of complimenting. All these could be signs that you are out of focus.

As a leader I must admit it's not always easy to ask for others for help. As a matter of fact I believe there are a few things that prevent me from doing so, and in this episode I want to share some with you. It's so important as a leader to surround yourself with the right people, but also to ask for help when needed. You will prevent burnout, falling into temptation, or stagnation. Other people can help you regain your perspective and give you hope.
