This month we discussed the book "The Lean Product Playbook" together with the author Dan Olsen and other Product Managers.

We all shared our main take aways and feedback about the book, and then discussed with Dan about how to better segment customers, how to promote the lean product process inside your company, how to combine different frameworks among other topics.
