Nowadays, we tend to forget how special and unique we are when we rush to fit in with society's norm. We find ourselves with the desire to speak out, to be heard and accepted amongst others, but we don't know the right words to express ourselves. In today's episode, I'll be talking about the importance of growing your individual intelligence and how you can channel the purest part of yourself while belonging to a collective wisdom.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
- The relationship between your individual intelligence and being a part of a collective wisdom
- How individual intelligence affects our culture, customs and beliefs
- The downsides of becoming part of a collective
- What makes a tribe stay homogenised
In the midst of others with different ideas and beliefs, you must understand and respect their views before adopting them. Don't try to forcefully fit in so you don't misdirect your path to being a successful changemaker. There's enough wisdom to go round, you just need to tap into whatever makes you the most-extraordinary version of yourself.

From the recently celebrated International Women’s Day #BreakTheBias, I've noticed a lot of people raise awareness on the need to create equality for women by removing bias and discrimination in all parts of the world. We need to understand that sharing and retweeting posts without taking actions is not enough to make the necessary changes. In today’s episode, I’ll be talking about the importance of taking actions to make a bigger difference in the world.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
- A course correction on how to respond to crisis as changemakers
- Why you need to discover the root source of a crisis before making a change in the world
- The importance of taking actions on a long-term scale
- How to take concrete measures that reflect a positive change in the world
To build a peaceful world for other generations to come, we must make changes right now. We must step up as changemakers by joining hands to figure out the root cause of the crisis and take the required actions to instill change. We need to hold ourselves in the space of breakthrough and take out time to celebrate the impact we’ve made. As long as we play our part in promoting change, there is hope for the future.

The magic and the gathering momentum of this year has just been divine. One of the things that is happening much more overtly is human beings bringing all of their natural gifts to the leadership space. When in leadership, we tap into our individual intelligence and into our human design, and we understand how we need to be in order to show up at our best. So today, I’d like to talk about human design and making decisions based on our inner authorities.
What You’ll Learn in This Episode:
- What I realised about intuition in my two decades of coaching practice
- What human design is and how it impacts our decision making
- Different inner authorities that guide us in making decisions
- Why making decisions is not a logical process
Imagine if you were always making your best decision - how much more quickly would you move? I'm not talking about hustling, I'm talking about pure efficiency and movement through time. When we own our way of making decisions and when we master our inner authority, we can embody our human design to be more fulfilled, more lit up, more excited, and more impactful.

Having doubts is part of the norms of every changemaker out there in the world. Doubt makes us ask ourselves questions that can shift our attention away from achieving the goals we’ve set out. In today’s episode, I’ll be discussing the importance of identifying the root of your doubts and why you need to address it. I’ll also be talking about the power of every voice in your head in situations where you need to make decisions for your life.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
- What doubt means and how it affects changemakers
- How doubt can disrupt the human design and nervous system
- The true sources of doubt and how to deal with them
- Why having doubts is not entirely a bad thing for changemakers
When you allow doubts to rule your thoughts and actions, it creates room for negativity to creep in and disrupt the positive changes you've made so far. This is why you need to seek out the root of your doubts to get the clarity that allows you to move forward. You don’t have to follow anyone’s steps or beliefs to fit in the world. Find your self-worth and release yourself from the limiting grip of doubt.
