Episode 21 of The Legacy Lounge featuring Turner Sparks is Now Live! 

Turner Sparks is a professionally touring comedian from Sacramento who currently resides in Brooklyn, New York. Turner has toured all over the country and will begin “The Grow up Tour” on May, 18th and will make his way to Sacramento on September 14th! 

In this episode, Turner shares his background before comedy from his time at the University of Miami and starting up an ice cream truck business in China all the way to today where he is touring full time as a comedian.

Comedian, Actor and Mayor of COUGARVILLE, Sir Lance Woods is beloved for his charisma and quick wittedness. 

Born in San Francisco and raised in Sacramento, Sir Lance Woods found his love for comedy when his mom volunteered him to do an impression of their pastor during Sunday Service. 

In this episode, @Sirlancewoods dives deep into how he started in comedy, how his journey has been touring and starring in films as well as what is on the horizon for his career.

Episode 19 is now LIVE! 

As we near the beginning of April, which  is Autism Awareness Month, we are beyond grateful to have had our latest guests, Ramon and Shamika Payne in the Lounge!

Ramon and Shamika are  parents of 3 incredible boys, Jeremiah, Johnathan and their youngest child Jaxon who has Autism.  

In this episode Ramon and Shamika share their story of raising a household with a child on the autism spectrum. Their testimony is incredibly transparent, sharing the highs of their journey but also the challenges. They also dispel myths that surround the diagnosis and shine light on the realities they face, in hopes of being a voice for other parents who have children on the spectrum that have either yet to be diagnosed due to fear, or have been diagnosed and are embarrassed. 

Ramon Payne is the program director for The Table Community Foundation where he works in developing after school programs.

 Shamika Payne works for the State of California in Social Services as a Health Program Specialist where she helps develop programs driven by Policy to provide oversight and monitoring to congregate care facilities in the State of California. 

In both of their careers, they have seen the need for people to learn about these kinds of disorders as the lack of knowledge can lead to bullying, neglect and misunderstanding. 

With this episode, we, at The Legacy Lounge hope this episode is illuminating to those who may lack or  are seeking knowledge regarding the autism spectrum.

Episode 18 of The Legacy Lounge with Chris and Rene is out NOW! In this episode, Chris and Rene share their OWN stories about how they entered their respective fields; Chris as a Realtor, and Rene as a loan officer as well as CEO of Golden Bay Mortgage Group.

Epsisode 17 features Jake lustig, owner of Destilería Real de Minis in Oaxaca as well as Selectión ArteNOM Tequilas in Jalisco, Mexico. 

Jake, a Bay Area native, currently resides in Sacramento but has spent years of his life between both California and Mexico working in the liquor industry. 

In this episode Jake shares not only his tequila and mezcal but also stories of how they came to be. Additionally he goes into depth about how he got involved in the Tequila/Mezcal industry and how his companies became such powerhouses.

Episode 16 of The Legacy Lounge with Chris and Rene  is truly a special episode featuring two of the most popular individuals in the third and fourth grade; Trey "Trey Money" Jacques and Kelly "Kel Bell" Knauer!

Trey Jacques is a decorated baseball phenom who currently plays for the STAK Baseball team out of Sacramento, California. Off the field he is also a youtube influencer with over Twenty-Two THOUSAND SUBSCRIBERS on his page: Travel Ball Trey. 

Kelly Knauer also happens to be a superstar athlete in her own right, playing softball for the East Sac Little League Padres ! When she's not playing softball, she's jamming out to Taylor Swift and is torn between cheering for Taylor and the San Fransisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII.

In this episode, Trey and Kelly answer some of the toughest questions Chris and Rene could throw at them including choosing between Taylor Swift or Madonna and Taco Bell or JimBoys.
