I had the pleasure of interviewing my friend Sam Owen in Nairobi, Kenya. He's one of the most significant influencers and connectors I have ever met. Sam knows more people than most people will meet in three lifetimes. He's a leader in Kenya in the Prayer Breakfast movement. In this interview we hear about the legacies Sam has inherited as well as the legacies he's leaving behind. Sam mentions names such as Jomo Kenyatta, Thurgood Marshall, Billy Graham as well as a pretty important event in Kenya known as "The Handshake."

Chris is a social entrepreneur and writer and has been able to use his writing to process grief in his life during these past few years since his young son passed away. This is a very insightful conversation as Chris articulates how the storytelling process has helped him and others deal with difficult events in life. I was able to sit down with Jay Height who is the Executive Director of the Shepherd Community in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jay has had a fascinating education and great experience politically and is a community organizer and pastor. His calling is to serve the poor in his community. I had a chance to sit down with Ray Hance at his seven generation family farm in Canute, Oklahoma. Ray and his wife Vera are friends and former colleagues. I had a chance to sit down and interview my long time friend, colleague and mentor Vera Hance in Canute, Oklahoma at the farm that has been in their family for seven generations. It was a perfect setting to talk about her legacy with her. Vera is also a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is a generous person who actively seeks to be kind to the people around her in many different ways.
