On 7 July 2023, our Partner and Myanmar Managing Director, Nishant Choudhary, had an informative discussion with Diberjohn Balinas (Myanmar Tax Director) and Rohan Bishayee (Myanmar Legal Consultant) on the tax and legal aspects of restructuring a business in Myanmar.
