In this Episode, we welcome Coach Natasha RN. Her journey to branding herself as a personal strength and health coach started through her love for exercise and sports.  Throughout her adolescence she as always active and became a star track and field athlete.  After graduating high school she received her bachelors and masters degree, and then she landed her dream job at one of the worlds best sports and performance facilities.  When life happened, getting married and then having children, she found it challenging to keep up the work-life balance of a such a demanding schedule. 

Wanting to be there for her family she pivoted in her career and returned to school to get her BSN in nursing.  Unable to fully let go of coaching, she continued to train part time.  When word got around, she started receiving more referrals.  With her new experiences added onto her other life experiences, Natasha saw the need to brand herself all together.  Thus CoachNatashaRN was created.  Aside from discussing her journey, she talks about how working in team environment was an important stepping stone in helping her to work well with her clients.  We also touch on how she is able to do all of this while still working her full time job.

In this solo Episode, I discuss the basics of building a business foundation. I share steps on how I laid the foundation in my businesses, and how I used this same concept to helped others with their business foundation. When I started my first business I struggled because I did not know all of the steps needed in order to start a business. I had to learn each of the steps as I went along which cost me lots of money, time and frustration. After the business do not continue to thrive I ended up closing it. After some time spent soul-searching and making personal changes I was able to start another business. Due to the learned lessons of my first business, I knew what steps were needed to be done in order to have a stronger business this go round. Since I have started multiple businesses and have helped others do the same. After listening to this episode you will be able to take the steps that I’ve shared and apply them to your business in whatever industry you’re in.

In this Episode, we welcome Kirsten the Face behind eCommDesigner. Her journey in The e-commerce space began After she graduated from college. She took a five day trip to the Virgin Islands and did not want to come back home. She knew that she wanted freedom, and being in the online space at that time was how she ended up being able to stay there for over a year and a half. From there, Kirsten traveled to different parts of the US which included Miami, Los Angeles and New York City. She was able to live her best life all while working from anywhere! Financial freedom is what fuels Kirsten to continue her journey in the e-commerce space. Now that she is a mother of two, having her freedom to be at home with them also attributes to her passion for financial freedom. Kirsten formed eCommDesigner as a way to help other women succeed in the commerce space. While participating in online groups she was able to share her knowledge and provide value. When people kept coming back to her with more questions, she saw an opportunity to continue to help uplift and bring other women along the way. During the episode we discuss her journey and how she was able to get to where she is today. She also drops some gems and provides names of the exact applications that help make her stores multiple figure profits each month.
