Hello and welcome back for another episode, in this one we speak about the 10 major benefits to warming up pre-training and performance. 

It must be said that not everyone has the same requirements for a warm up and we do go into how different people should warm up and what might change. For instance the differences between young and old, generally mobile and active people vs sedentary desk workers and even how the time of year and the seasons may affect your warm up. 

All in all they are not to be missed and there are some great opportunities to develop skill sets and improve your short and long term performance by properly warming up.
