So we took a slight detour to talk about rights vs make believe rights.  As well as Politicfact's lie of the year, reiterated again by Joe Biden.

No Hunter, No emails.  No senility, just Biden positions,  and that neither party is the party of limited government, the Constitution, or fiscal restraint anymore.

A Democrat, a pro-choice Democrat.  A friend of Bill's (Clinton) and contributor.  He complained of the Reagan tax cuts back in the day as a builder.  Yet has fulfilled many of his promises as a Republican candidate to win the White House.  

The next few episodes will look at what can be done about the duopoly/monopoly that is the two party system in US politics today.  They will be short to encourage listening, and sharing.  Yes, I will let you know how I REALLY feel.  

What tells me the Hunter emails are a problem?  No mention in a very Biden friendly townhall setup on ABC.  What better opportunity to get out the message?  Steven Scully admitted to lying to his employer and us about his Twitter account being hacked, and while mail in voting in states used to the practice is mostly safe, it cannot account for a letter carrier ditching the ballots.  Literally.  

Who supports abortion up until you take the baby home from the hospital?  The Democrat Party.  Why does Wall Street think Biden will win?  They have dumped hundreds of millions of dollars into his campaign.  That doesn't sound like a sure thing to me.  Also abortion in the black community is genocide.  The War on Drugs has failed.  Not mentioned in the podcast, but the war on terror abroad has failed.  It is time to end  these wars.  What other war?  If we haven't eliminated poverty in our War on Poverty, after 50 years and trillions of dollars we still have  the same percentage impoverished, can't we say that is a failed policy and try something different?

The Affordable Care Act is being tossed around, some reason they expect the nominee, Amy Coney Barrett to speak on it.  Her words are clear.  It is a time bomb, set in motion for this Supreme Court term, whether or not she is confirmed, by Justice Roberts when he upheld the law.  The case is Wickard v Filburn and can be found here: https://www.oyez.org/cases/1940-1955/317us111.  That is what the progressives wanted to base upholding the law on, that is what the conservatives, and Judge Barrett, wanted to tear down.  For heaven's sake, he was growing wheat for his own use!  This is a case that everyone should know.

Beyond the title,  the importance of the Veep debate, Biden's response to packing the court, and the Supreme's and Obamacare.  Also, if 18 year olds can't own guns, should they vote?
