Get rid of the laws, not all of them, just most of them.  Oh, and the new nation of Chaz.  Secession was considered an option by most of the founders, contrary to what most would have you believe.  I suspect that time is coming when we will see it.

A question about why we kowtowed to Stalin on attacking Normandy instead of moving up through Italy.  For decades Democrats have run large cities and urban school districts.  They have failed their populations, have brutalized them with their police forces, and some say that party doesn't matter.  It is dishonest to say so when these same places have been locked into one party rule for so long.

Fall out from the George Floyd murder continues.  Violence without purpose spreads.   It won't end well for anyone.

Riots breaking out everywhere.  Looters stealing, not as part of the movement, but because they can get away with it.  Precincts in NY and MSP burning.  White House facing protesters, the Treasury Department defaced.  Riots in Houston and Atlanta.  Many other places.  Also, the choice of a VP is critical.  Probably the worst mistake Lincoln made was to choose Andrew Johnson as his VP in 1864.  Johnson, a southern sympathizer, fought the reconstruction of  the south, and neglected to protect the rights of freed slaves.  Theodore Roosevelt was selected as McKinley's VP in 1900, and became President when McKinley was assassinated. Democracy is majority rule.  Have we reached the point where the mob as seen in Minneapolis represents the majority?  Or is there still a silent majority  that sits while police murder and cities burn?  "The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing" Edmund Burke.  This applies to those sitting on both sides.  If you don't demand justice for the murder of George Floyd, or for the shopkeepers who, after being devastated by the government fiats under Corona, see their businesses destroyed.  Insurance may pay off their debts, but it is unlikely they will reopen.  Good call, food desert creators. 

The cops that witnessed the murder of Floyd, a black man in Minneapolis, should be charged as accessories to murder, as they did nothing to stop the murder from happening.  Surprised at my point of view?  You shouldn't be.  He was in the MPD's custody.  This two different sets of laws does favors to no  one when applied as privilege.  Of course that matters across the board.  Justice is blind, and the judge wasn't going to look at the 27 color glossy, oh wait, wrong direction.  Also a plug for my petition at change.org for appealing to the two national parties to allow any candidate that is on the ballot in all 50 states to appear on the debate stage.  Here is the link: http://chng.it/JhMFhRtccS .  Feel free to share it, and to encourage others to pass it on.

As government cannot protect you in real time (Castle Rock v. Gonzales 2005), it is better to have them simply protecting rights.  Justice Warren wrote in Edwards v. California (1969) that Americans have a fundamental right to travel, so yes, interstate travel is protected, contrary to the opinions of naysayers during this recent pandemic.  Governments have no authority to shut down anything, except through canceling licenses, which is a whole other issue.  Well, except church meetings.  In the infamous Reynolds v. United States (1879), the court ruled that while the First Amendment protects your beliefs, it does not protect you from acting on them.  More than likely you haven't even heard of the case, unless you are a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  Maybe not even then.

Did Flynn even lie?  We may never know.  And Joe says that if you are black and can't decide between him and Trump, you ain't black.  Good call joe.

Wow!  The unmasking of those unmasking Flynn has revealed that a whole lot of people were very interested in knowing to whom the Russian Ambassador was speaking.  So many people, spying on the Trump campaign, transition, and cabinet,  with a .gov address.  Doubtful they were using it for this.  Everyone should be terrified that this happened, even if you suffer from Orange Man bad syndrome.

The FBI gets hammered this week, the Russian collusion really was a delusion, and it seems President Obama knew about Flynn's wiretap.  Uh oh.
