In this episode of the Liberal Dan Radio Minicast, I discuss some of the issues that I have with the criminal justice system that I teased earlier on Liberal Dan Radio. But first, I discuss some Conservative hypocrisy that I have seen between what they would often be critical of on TV except for when they don't and how it relates to other, real world, events. 

In this episode of the Liberal Dan Radio Minicast we discuss a proposed law in Tennessee that would allow a petitioner to prevent the respondent from getting an abortion. We will also be discussing how the freeze in Texas helps show the flaws in capitalism, and how Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is wrong about the intent of the founding fathers.

Everything you ever wanted to hate about capitalism but were afraid to ask. We are circling back to the issue of short sales and how retail investors managed to cause Wall Street hedge funds to lose over 14 Billion dollars (with a B). I will cover the topic more on Wednesday on the regular podcast but this couldn't wait. 

On the first part of the minicast, I discuss Terrorist Barbie, going into more detail than I did yesterday on the podcast. And then I continue talking about TV that I like, bookending the first year of the mini-cast with conversations about Baby Yoda. 

At the time of this recording, I am currently in Facebook jail for 3 days over calling someone a "plague rat". So I go into the hypocrisy of all that. 

I then for a little bit talk about my NerdyDanDotCom Twitch/YouTube channels but that then becomes more of a stream of consciousness discussion of who I am as a person. 

To start the show I discuss why it is important to support small businesses, especially small podcasts. I also go into details about the deals I have made pertaining to the patreon and Small Business Saturday. Then, I talk about Billionaires, how they are unethical, and why Trading Spaces is the epitome of the problems with the billionaire class. Finally, I move into a more adult conversation about labels (with a bit of a rant about a local festival that took place here in New Orleans).
