Take a audio trip with me back in time and speed through the present as we discuss the coming of the digital age in connection to love, connection, and our relationships. "Thriving in love" requires intentionality and balance and I’d add for the context of all believer’s, FAITH. While technology connects us, it can also lead to distractions, misunderstandings, and unrealistic expectations.
To build strong relationships, we need to prioritize real connection over digital noise, communicate honestly, and set boundaries around screen time. Embracing both the benefits of digital tools and the importance of face-to-face interaction (like what happens in church, the basketball court, ect.) these interactions used intentionally help foster trust, emotional intimacy, and resilience. By being mindful of how we use technology, we can nurture relationships that are deeper, healthier, and more fulfilling.
