In lieu of "Are you OK day" I wanted to get on the mic and share what I've been up to and reflect on my own mental health. I've talked about it a lot when it has been really bad but today I wanted to mention how it can hinder you even on your better days.

Everyone has been through a whirlwind of emotions so most importantly I just wanted to share my feels to let you know it's ok to share yours too.

This episode touches on falling into old patterns, bad habits and even getting to a point where I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror.

During the Covid-19 lockdown we thought why not get all the flatmates together and some wine to share all the tea on why we love being single. We noticed a trend of people feeling sorry for single people where in fact we felt quite the opposite, we felt proud. We wanted to empower anyone that is single or scared to be as to why it can be so fun and crucial to living your best life. We go over our favourite parts, dating stories, fuck boys and any advice we thought could help those struggling to stand tall and be proud that you are doing shit for yourself and not putting up for anything less than you deserve.

Since almost everyone has been forced into isolation or working from home I thought it would be a good time to share my tips and tricks on the situation. Working from home can be a tricky one but over the past year I have been practicing and finally all my struggles and learnings have paid off.
