I was really excited to share this episode with you guys. I learned a lot about CBD and its effects on the skin when I prepared it for you. Although the data isn't super strong, there is a good amount of evidence that you stand to benefit from using CBD on your skin. CBD is typically added to personal care products in the form of hemp seed oil. It may be useful for treating acne, dry skin, and possibly eczema. Check out the episode!

In episode 3, we dive right into natural skin care. We discuss coconut oil, its contents, some of its unique properties, and, lastly, we dive deep into a study that compared coconut oil and mineral oil and how the two fared for treating dry skin. At the end of our episode, we conclude with ways to reach out to me, what we're doing with our business, and how to get more involved. Thanks for listening.
What's up guys. In this episode, we briefly touch on the last episode's concept of transdermal absorption. If you didn't listen to the last episode, go ahead and listen there first. This episode will make a little more sense if you have that context. In this episode, we discuss my beef with Cetaphil and why I think they should reformulate their best seller. We also touch on the problems that I see with the natural skin care market as it exists today. Lastly, we discuss my forthcoming company, where I plan to solve both problems. Tune in!
Hey Everyone,
This is our first podcast ever. I'm so excited to bring to you what I've been learning about since starting dermatology residency in 2012. In the first half of the episode, you'll learn about me, why I'm doing this, and what to expect from this podcast. In the second half of the episode, we'll talk about our first topic--transdermal absorption. I think you'll find it enlightening and entertaining at the same time.
Talk to you soon.
