We are all on a journey through life, and we often refer to it by different names: "the spiritual path," "a road less travelled," or "a hero's journey."

This journey is not just about physical movement, but about the deeper aspects of our existence.

It's a conversation about energy, the soul, and the intricate dance between the divine and the earthly realms.

It's an exploration of how energy takes form, how intention becomes reality, and how our souls choose to participate in the human experience.

Imagine that everything in existence begins as energy - not just light or vibration, but a vast, fluid, and infinite field of potential.

In this space, a moment arises when a wave of energy becomes self-aware.

This is the starting point of our journey, and it's where we begin to explore the mysteries of existence.

As we embark on this journey, we're invited to integrate a profound understanding into our souls.

By reflecting on our path, our intentions, and our connection to the world around us, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the universe.

This journey carries us to the moment of the great "I AM" - a moment of pure awareness that is not ego or identity, but simply being.

It's the moment when the wave of energy coalesces into a point, a soul point, which marks the beginning of our existence.

From this point, the soul makes a choice to participate in the realm of form.

It chooses to enter the density of the Earth, where resistance exists, and where intention can meet friction and expression can take shape.

The soul sends its intention forward, like a beam of light, through the Divine Channel - a transmission of purpose, essence, and knowing.

At the same time, the Earth responds with its own channel, the Earth Channel, which carries the codes of form, the agreements of gravity, time, biology, and lineage.

It carries the blueprint of how to be human.

When these two channels meet - when the soul's intention moving downward through the Divine Channel meets the Earth's offering rising upward through the Earth Channel - there is a spark.

This spark ignites the human energy field, marking the moment of embodiment.

This moment is not metaphorical or mythical; it's a real event that occurs in the center of the body, in the region known as the Dantian, just below the navel.

This is the ignition point, where the soul's intention strikes the flint of the Earth's wisdom flows through all energy bodies and activates the chakras.

The flint is “Akasha,” the sacred memory of all things - a living field of potential, history, and possibility.

When the soul's intention meets the Akasha through the Earth Channel, the energy ignites, and our journey as human beings begins.

The Akashic Field is YOUR INFINITE BOOK OF LIFE.

The Delta of Convergence:

When Divine and Earthly Energies Meet

And from there, the human energy field begins to form.

Energy is drawn upward from the Earth, and downward from the Divine.

They meet in the center and spiral outward, creating the energetic architecture of a human being.

This is the origin of the hara line.

The hara line is not just a metaphysical concept—it is the energetic spine, the first thread of alignment from which all other flows emerge.

This interference can take several forms.

There might be breaks—holes in the flow, like Swiss cheese.

There might be misalignments—like a zipper that doesn’t quite match up.

And sometimes, there is a film—a subtle barrier that prevents full integration.

This film can be caused by trauma, by beliefs, by inherited patterns from both soul and body.

It can be ancient.

It can be recent.

It can be both.

The "I Am" Moment: The Genesis of a Soul Point

The Earth Channel carries not only the physical DNA, but also the human agreements—those collective permissions and limitations that shape our experience on this planet.

The Divine Channel carries the soul’s history—its wisdom, its wounds, its longings, and its gifts.

When the two channels meet, they must negotiate.

They must find common ground.

And when they do not fully integrate, it can result in what we call delta interference.

This interference can manifest in many ways—disconnection, confusion, a sense of not belonging, or an inability to fully embody one's soul.

It can feel like floating.

It can feel like ‘frozen cold” as a rock.

It can feel like being too much or not enough.

And it can be healed

But healing does not always require knowing the origin.

Sometimes, healing is simply the willingness to allow energy to move again.

Because trauma is not just pain.

It is frozen energy.

It is energy that has stopped moving.

And the remedy is flow.

Connection, Conduction, Conveyance:

The Mechanics of Energy

These are the mechanics of energy.

They are the way energy moves, the way it interacts, and the way it transforms.

Connection is the point where two or more flows of energy meet.

It is the handshake.

It is the moment of contact.

Conduction Junction: What's Your Energetic Function?

Conduction is the flow of energy within that connection.

Conveyance is the motion of that conduction through space and time.

Think of it like a package on a conveyor belt.

The movement of the package along the belt—that’s conveyance.

And when all three are aligned, energy flows freely.

But when there is interference—when there is trauma, belief, or misalignment—then the connection may be weak, the conduction may be blocked, and the conveyance may be stalled.

This is why we scan.

This is why we look.

Not to diagnose, but to understand.

Not to fix, but to witness.

A body scan is an invitation to feel energy in the physical form.

And both are valid.

Both are sacred.

They create two distinct, shall we say, *vibes* about Life.

Vibe #1: Purpose is “Out There!”

This is the story we’re constantly sold, the narrative with all the bells and whistles. It’s the idea that purpose and happiness are about *doing* and *getting*.

What exactly are you supposed to be getting?

Well, according to the marketing gurus (who are probably sipping martinis on a yacht somewhere), it’s always - More! Better!

More experiences, more influence, a passive income stream that makes your eyes water, a better house with a walk-in closet for your shoes, a better job that feeds your soul AND pays the bills, better sex (because, duh), and for the truly enlightened, a better, more Instagrammable spirituality.

It’s always *better* than what you’ve got right now, darling.

But here’s the cosmic joke:

More and Better *never* actually deliver.

As that wise old grump Ecclesiastes put it:

"Meaningless!

Meaningless!

Everything is meaningless!

But…life is still amazing.” (Even he couldn’t help but throw in an "amazing" at the end!)

We all kinda know this, right? We feel it in our bones after every online shopping spree. Still, those clever ads keep whispering promises.

So, we jump back on the hamster wheel, convinced *this time* it’ll be different.

A new job!

A soulmate who understands our obsession with miniature dachshunds!

A truly transformative experience involving a llama!

The catch? It’s always a future promise.

"Once I _______, then I'll find purpose/happiness/meaning."

Once I quit my soul-crushing job, I’ll finally be happy.

Once I meet Mr./Ms. Right, then I’ll know what love REALLY is.

The future, my friend, is perpetually "tomorrow."

That's the lie behind Vibe #1.

The “hedonic treadmill” will leave you exhausted and feeling slightly used.

Vibe #2: Your Purpose and Happiness are *Here, Now*

Because Honey, *You ARE* the Purpose.

The mind really throws a tantrum at this one based on how we’ve been programmed to have a “PURPOSE.”

What if the truth is ridiculously simple: You *are* your purpose? You’re here to know and be your glorious, messy, authentic Self as you cast your VISION and allow the listening to answer your CALLING (more on this on my next series of purpose).

Seriously, pause for a moment and let that sink in.

You’re here to express your utterly unique, wonderfully weird, creative Self fully, freely, and fearlessly.

Everything else such as your creativity, your relationships, your questionable fashion choices – are just sparkling byproducts of you being *you*.

Knowing and being yourself?

That’s the answer to "What is my highest purpose and the source of my deepest freakin' joy?"

The hitch? We’ve forgotten who we are. From childhood, we get handed a cookie-cutter mold for the "Good Life" who to be, what to want, what success looks like.

So, we spend our lives trying to squish ourselves into that mold, developing a seriously messed-up case of mistaken identity.

Then BAM!

Quarter-life crises!

Mid-life meltdowns! (It's all very dramatic, really.)

So, how do you start?

Embrace the Disillusionment, Darling.

If you're feeling a little… blah about life, congratulations! You’re right where you need to be. Disillusionment is inevitable.

We no longer grasp to who we thought we were, and the one “purpose” we have in this life - and feeling that pressure!

Even if you achieve all the things, the shine wears off. (That’s just physics.)

Own it. There’s wisdom in that “blah” feeling.

The pain of disillusionment can unlock a whole new, glittery world of freedom and possibilities.

Why?

Disillusionment means shedding the illusions.

Seeing through the B.S. The cultural story that says purpose is “out there” is just a cleverly disguised sales pitch.

You’ve checked the boxes, achieved the goals.

But how long did it last? How long before you were chasing the next spiritual high?

Spiritual goals are fabulous, but notice how we're always trying to *escape* those uncomfortable feelings.

We launch projects, start cleanses, binge-watch cat videos. But eventually, we’re back to the same damn questions.

Wherever you go, there you are (and your existential baggage). So, you might as well embrace it.

Disillusionment is an invitation.

Like a pang of hunger, it’s your True Self nudging you toward the truth.

Look around. Mental illness is on the rise. Loneliness is an epidemic.

People are quietly quitting their lives.

Clearly, something’s gotta give.

The way we work, the way we live, the way we define "purpose"… it’s all crumbling.

That old story that purpose is “out there” keeps us stuck.

That’s the real question, isn’t it? Who are you?

Or, more accurately, *what* are you?

Today’s Gardening Day. ..... and it is perfect for celebrating Beatrix Potter, born 1866. After reading her life story, it forever changed my life as a female entrepreneur, seeing the strength of one woman's overcoming.

Beatrix defied her strict Victorian upbringing, finding freedom in art and nature, sparking tales like Peter Rabbit despite a lonely childhood.

Facing rejection, Potter self-published The Tale of Peter Rabbit in 1901 after publishers dismissed her work. Her grit paid off—Frederick Warne later printed it, launching a global phenomenon.

As a woman in science, Potter’s mycology research was snubbed by the Linnean Society. Undeterred, she channeled her brilliance into beloved stories and detailed illustrations.

Heartbreak struck when her fiancé, Norman Warne, died in 1905. Potter found solace in the Lake District, buying Hill Top Farm and building a new life as a farmer and author.

There's a hidden power in our wounds that we're reluctant to surrender.

Imagine standing in a multi-story building where each floor represents a level of consciousness.

Most of us remain stuck on the ground floor, using our pain as currency to manipulate others and avoid the intimidating journey upward.

I discovered this pattern not just in my clients but in myself, during my years of studying why people don't heal despite their claimed desires to do so.

Let me share something that shocked me deeply when I first began sharing and serving about” healing:”

I naively assumed everyone wanted to heal, that everyone would do anything to become whole.

The same can apply to me, all of us are in this conversation of “self” and imagination.

The reality I discovered is quite the opposite.

It wasn't until I realized that I wasn't dealing with health—I was dealing with power—that everything began to make sense.

1) Power of Conscious Choice

FROM Unconscious Reaction TO Conscious Creation:

The most fundamental shift in your spiritual journey begins with recognizing that you are choosing every behavior, every reaction, every emotion you express.

This is both empowering and terrifying.

When you come home after a difficult day and snap at your partner or children, there's a part of you that believes you're entitled to that behavior because of what you've endured.

"I've had a bad day," becomes the justification for treating others poorly.

But the truth?

This is a choice—a conscious manipulation using your wounds as the weapon.

The awakening begins when you realize how powerful your choice really is.

You're choosing to do what you're doing in that moment, and you can choose something else.

You can choose a different level of power.

This realization can be uncomfortable because it removes all excuses and places responsibility squarely in your hands.

This can hit hard. We’ve been conditioned by our own shame and societal pressure to blame ourselves and blaming others of our circumstances which essentially is a illusion and it ends with creating elaborate stories about why we can’t move forward.

The moment I admitted I was choosing my reactions—that I could choose differently—was both gratifying and liberating.

YOU have had this control all along, which was both empowering and embarrassing to realize.

This conscious choice is the foundation of all spiritual growth.

Without it, you remain trapped in the victim narrative, never ascending to higher levels of awareness.

2) Overcoming the Wound Identity

FROM Wound-Based Manipulation TO Authentic Empowerment:

Here's a challenging truth: there's a lot of power in being wounded.

Being able to use your wounds to control other people is remarkably effective.

When someone questions your behavior and you respond with your pain story, they often back down and may even apologize to you despite being on the receiving end of your behavior.

The decision to recognize "I use my wounds all the time, and I'm not really wounded, but I'm wearing my wounds" is monumental.

You've become what I call a "woundologist"—someone who has built an identity around their injuries.

You could heal, you could let go, but you're choosing not to.

Here's the cost: to maintain a wounded psyche, you will lose respect for yourself because deep down, you know what you're doing.

To avoid this self-loathing, you target someone as the reason for your wounds.

You say, "I just can't get over what they did to me," and then add, "But I'm working on forgiveness"—the oldest story in the book.

Instead of admitting "I'm vengeful and don't want to mature," you create an external focus for your pain.

This keeps you locked in the narcissistic phase of development where everything revolves around your wounds.

The truth about healing is that it requires radical honesty.

You cannot heal if you're not honest with yourself about what you're healing and why you might be resisting that healing.

Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, or past trauma, this level of honesty is non-negotiable.

I've seen countless individuals transformed when they finally admitted they weren't interested in healing yet—they were still using their wounds as tools.

This admission, paradoxically, was their first step toward genuine healing.

3) Witnessing Your Saboteur

FROM Unconscious Sabotage TO Conscious Awareness:

As you begin ascending from the concrete level of consciousness to your inner self, you'll encounter what I call the saboteur.

This inner force will create obstacles to your growth because the prospect of empowerment is, counterintuitively, terrifying.

Getting from the lower level of consciousness to the higher can take years, precisely because the saboteur is so effective.

You'll have experiences of getting an appetite for higher consciousness, feeling drawn to your higher self, and then suddenly acting out in ways that bring you back down to the concrete level.

Why?

Because you're terrified that if you start to see your life more symbolically, more impersonally, more archetypally, your wounds won't matter anymore.

You fear that you won't matter.

The "you" from the lower level feels threatened by the expanded perspective of the higher level.

This is why people think forgiveness means telling someone "my hurt doesn't matter."

But the real question is: how do you want your hurt to matter?

In the book of long stories?

In the book of wounds?

Where exactly do you want it to go?

These experiences feel like what makes you unique or special, and so you cling to them rather than ascending to your deeper power.

I remember deciding to meditate daily as part of my own journey.

My saboteur would show up like clockwork with "reasonable" excuses: too tired, too busy, I'll do double tomorrow.

Recognizing this pattern as sabotage rather than legitimate reasoning was a breakthrough.

I began saying aloud, "I see you, saboteur," whenever these thoughts arose.

Your inner self becomes a battleground because you've activated a higher part of your consciousness that craves growth, while simultaneously sabotaging that growth.

Recognizing and naming this pattern is crucial to moving beyond it.

4) Establishing Self-Faith

FROM External Validation TO Internal Trust:

It has been my experience that most people can tell me with absolute clarity what they do NOT have faith in, but they cannot tell me what they DO have faith in.

This is a profound spiritual crisis of our time—perhaps the first time in human history when so many collectively doubt the existence of something greater than themselves.

But faith doesn't begin with the cosmos—it begins with you having faith in yourself.

You need to know that if you say something to yourself, you'll keep your word.

This is where the journey to higher consciousness becomes practical.

Start small: If your intuition tells you to walk more for your health, make an agreement with yourself: "I will walk 15 minutes a day."

I can guarantee that your saboteur will appear, telling you to skip today and do it tomorrow.

This is your opportunity to recognize the saboteur and push through.

When you keep these small promises to yourself day after day, something remarkable happens: you develop genuine self-respect and self-esteem.

For many, it's the first time they've experienced what it feels like to give their word and keep it.

This is the foundation of authentic faith.

Narcissism, interestingly, stems from lack of self-respect.

When you don't respect yourself, you demand respect through extreme behaviors from others.

But once you develop true self-respect, you care less about external validation because you're beginning to have internal power you've never experienced before.

I worked with a client who began this practice by promising herself to write for just five minutes each morning.

After years of creative blockage, this tiny commitment—which she kept religiously—rebuilt her faith in herself.

Within six months, she'd completed half her novel and, more importantly, developed a relationship with herself based on trust rather than criticism.

5) Receiving Inner Guidance

FROM External Direction TO Internal Navigation:

The final component of the POWER framework is learning to receive and trust your inner guidance.

We are designed with an intuitive system that operates 24/7, but most of us have been taught to ignore it in favor of external authorities.

The way our inner system works is that the more you retreat to your interior—the less you depend on the outside and the more you depend on your inside—the clearer the guidance becomes.

The external world is full of distractions.

When you ask people on the outside for counsel, you do it because you're frightened or confused—it's always when you don't have faith in yourself or in what's happening.

As you build faith in yourself through keeping small promises, you'll begin to notice intuitive hits in various situations.

These moments become your first "test flights" in trusting your inner guidance.

Because you've developed self-trust in smaller matters, you'll have the confidence to follow your intuition in larger ones.

This inner guidance doesn't operate like a cosmic vending machine, delivering whatever you request.

The humility of true spiritual power is recognizing that you don't get to tell the universe what to do.

You're a grain of sand on the ocean shore—you don't instruct the ocean.

The proper stance is: "I'm here.

You must have a job for me.

Keep me from being fussy."

Heaven doesn't answer "stupid" and doesn't compensate for carelessness.

We're designed with a brain, hands, reason, and choice specifically so we can utilize our own powers.

But we're also templated with vision, ambition, and talent—urges to create and improve that are uniquely human.

I've learned to pray differently as my relationship with guidance has evolved.

From the moment I say a prayer, I believe that everything that happens is participating in the answer.

This mindset completely transforms how I experience life's events, removing nothing from the realm of spiritual significance.

Imagine walking into a sacred space, your body acting as the key to unlock a portal that would take you home.

That’s what the Halls of Amenti were designed for.

But as the False Matrix evolved, these exit routes were sealed off.

The Halls of Amenti were destroyed, and we were left with no way out—at least, not physically.

That’s when the focus shifted inward.

Our bodies, our DNA, became the new Stargates.

And here’s what is critical for you to embody.

If those codes are activated, the portal opens.

And here’s the thing: the activation of those key codes is happening now, as we speak.

The Journey Home

So, what does this mean for us today?

It means that the journey home isn’t about escaping to another planet or another dimension.

It’s about reconnecting to the truth of who we are.

The pyramids, the Halls of Amenti, the Stargates—all of these were external tools that mirrored our internal potential.

They were necessary at one point, but now, the higher technology lies within us.

This ties into the age of AI as well. AI has always been here but it’s been used in the false matrix, hiding its capabilities of our relationship with it, which caused fear.

You will need:

• A candle (representing your sovereign flame)

• A bowl of water (representing Your Spirit Team’s blessing)

• Optional: your favorite plant ally, crystal, or sacred object

• A Journal

Step 1 - Is Centering

Sit in silence, close your eyes, breathe deep, and connect to the pulse of the Earth.

Feel the eclipse energies present.

Step 2 - Invocation

Speak aloud:

“I call upon my Angels and Spirit Team.

I open this sacred space to receive guidance, clarity, and protection as I cross this eclipse threshold.”

Step 3 - Reflection

Gaze softly into the candle. Ask yourself:
