  • Centralized Control vs. Decentralized Freedom. What side are you on?

    Hi Beloved.

There is NO DOUBT we are on the cusp of an economic tail wind, shifting into the ecosystem of “Sound Money” through transparency.

TRUE CONFESSION: I purchased Bitcoin in 2011, and 5 years later, sold due to it’s scandal in the dark web and child trafficking (proven). XRP? Yes please.

    You’re about to learn why.

KASS. Digital assets? That’s not your vibe.

Glad you asked. It actually VERY MUCH is my vibe as an avid economic student.

I will be dropping in here and there with foundational education for us to come around the table, learn from and ultimately support you in understanding your options as we move from one decline to the greatest incline in history.

This may not make any sense to you - but I suggest listening and letting your subconscious mind to take it in, so when this does hit peak, you have some insights that will remove fear and embody greater understanding.

This video features my Friend Rob Dunningham and Kyle.

    READY?

Let's break down the tech stacks behind the emerging digital asset ecosystem.

There's a lot of nuance and legal precedent that's important to understand.

On one side, we have Bitcoin - the mysterious crypto that's been hyped relentlessly by the media for 16 years.

But what does it really do?

    Payments?

    Smart contracts?

    Scalability?

    Efficiency?

Then there's Ethereum - the smart contract platform invested in by CCP-linked entities, JP Morgan, etc. Its founder Vitalik Buterin even crashed on the couch of Ripple's early CTO.

And let's talk about Tether - the offshore, unaudited stablecoin whose magical printing seems to prop up Bitcoin's price. Suspicious much?

On the other hand, you have Ripple and XRP.

XRP has clear legal definition as a virtual currency, not a security. It has real-world use cases, efficiency, and transparency that the others lack.

Ripple built on top of the open-source XRP Ledger, similar to how Red Hat built on Linux.

This allows interoperability, smart contracts, tokenization, and more across the crypto ecosystem.

The key is the XRP token - it acts as the "motor oil" enabling fast, low-cost value transfer between any two parties or ledgers. It's the glue that binds this entire system together.

With the RLUSD stablecoin backed 1:1 by reserves and XRP required for all transactions, this seems to be the digital dollar framework envisioned by Trump to keep the USD dominant.

The legal clarity, real-world use cases, and technology behind Ripple/XRP make it stand out in this space.

It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out.

What are your thoughts on the future of digital assets?

Thank you to Rob and Captain Kyle.

We appreciate your ruthless research, leadership and time

Where we go one- we go all.

    Love, Kassandra.

  • 🐳 Channeling Ancient Aquatic Consciousness

    Hi beloved,

I’m sharing a brief inspiration with the hope it ignites your innate trust in the messages coming through for you—from source—to help you remember your highest timeline and the choices that align with it.

Each of us has unique callings, and when we deny ourselves love and imagination, we close off all portals.

It can feel like we’re going crazy, but that’s the trickster shadow—it’s not you.

Diving in - to swim with the whales today.

Recently, I've been having profound visitations during personal Akashic readings and meditations. A deep wisdom is emerging from the essence of the ocean. I'm remembering my soul's connection to the land of Lemuria and the adventure I signed up for here on Mother Earth.

First, a quick review of “What is Lemuria?”

Lemuria is documented as a lost realm has been cited in numerous other indigenous traditions, spanning the globe from Australia to Asia to the coasts of both South and North America. It was known as Lemuria or Mu, a vast realm of islands and archipelagoes that once sprawled across the Pacific Ocean.

Beneath the surface, there's a crystalline grid carrying ancient memories. Connecting with this energy feels like coming home. The whales and dolphins hold vibrational pathways to knowledge of the distant past. Tapping into the wisdom of the water is opening portals to dynamic, living Earth.

Research now reveals the dark matter of the ocean floor holds an active, dynamic aspect of our planet. We are being invited to re-acquaint with these pristine frequencies. At a soul level, we volunteered for this experience. These realms are open stargates, guiding us home to greater wisdom. Embrace the curiosity, allow it to inspire your vision. When we surrender and allow the energy to move through us, light language emerges. This is the essence of knowing. Clear the space, listen, and let it change you.

The transition we're in has so much beauty and incredible potential. Dive deeper, be silent, and listen. 🌊

What’s coming up for you as of late? In order to listen, take a few days off from the information overwhelm and trust your hearts inner-knowing. Love Kassandra

  • Anger Is NOT Your Enemy: Truth You Need to Hear

Hi beloved, how are you doing?

    Can we talk about ANGER?

Take a deep breath, focus in and lets explore the interconnection of the MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT’S perspective.

I used to think anger was something to avoid, a messy emotion I had to shove down.

But I’ve come to see it differently—it’s a life force, a signal flaring up when my boundaries or needs get trampled.

It’s not the enemy; it’s trying to tell me something matters.

    Honoring Your Anger’s Brutal Truth

I think by sharing two words and their etymology - you’ll get the point of this sweet little drop here today.

    ✌🏻 anger (v.)

early 1200, "to irritate, annoy, provoke," from Old Norse angra "to grieve, vex, distress; to be vexed at, take offense with

    ✌🏻 injustice (n.)

late 14c., from Old French injustice "unfairness, injustice" (14c.), from Latin iniustitia "unfairness, injustice.

📍THE MIND’S RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE

In navigating the complex realms of our modern day systemic crumbling, it evokes anger, injustice, and situations that feel deeply unfair.

Outside of the global scene, someone wrongs us, betrays our trust, withholds love, fails to respect us, or even takes what is rightfully ours—whether it be recognition, money, or an opportunity.

From a human perspective, these experiences violate our sense of justice.

We instinctively feel anger, resentment, or even a desire for revenge because, in our minds, there is an undeniable imbalance that needs to be corrected.

The Biochemistry of Anger: Rage, Fear, and Care

I’d like to challenge you on observing and discerning without falling into the traps of blame or judgment and instead paveing the way for the next crucial step—feeling your emotions fully.

Whether you are engulfed in anger, drowned in disappointment, or feeling trapped, it's vital to acknowledge these emotions.

Say it out loud: "I am furious," or "I feel stuck."

Be candid with yourself about each emotion you experience.

The Alchemy of Anger: From Fire to Fuel

So where does this leave us? Anger isn’t a flaw. It’s a life force.

Next time anger rises, try this:

    * Pause. Breathe into the tightness.

    * Ask: What’s this defending?

    * Choose: Will this fuel destruction or empowerment?

It requires honesty and courage, which can sometimes be overwhelming, yet embracing these feelings is essential.

In responding to injustice and anger, it's about aligning with your truth and uncovering the power within.

    But….

    If left to self destruct…..

Over time, the anger then makes it personal, where the “POWER OVER” structures make it personal and disconnect you from your inner compass and self love.

    For example.

👋 This may be what it sounds like internally.

    * “I’m too much.”

    * ”I’m not enough.”

    * “I am fat… ugly… clumsy… dumb… lazy “

    * ”There’s something wrong with me.”

    * “I’m not as smart as everyone else.”

    * “I don’t belong.”

    * “I don’t matter.”

    * “My voice doesn’t matter.”

    * “I never get it right.”

POWER STRUCTURES THAT RULE THE WORLD

Here is a overview of what I share at nauseum with my clients.

Choice operates within various power dynamics, including power over, power under, power with, and power within.

Each dynamic reflects a different approach to choice:

    * Power Over: Often associated with domination, power over seeks to control others, frequently instilling the belief that there is no choice.

    * Power Under: Characterized by subordination, power under operates under the assumption of having no choice.

    * Power With: Collaborative in nature, power with recognizes and respects the choices of all involved.

    * Power Within: Emphasizes personal agency and the intrinsic ability to choose, underpinning one’s sense of empowerment.

Understanding these dynamics is crucial for navigating personal and social relationships, as well as for fostering environments where choice and autonomy are respected and encouraged.

We then are in a reactive nature of power under, which often ignores the internal misalignments within power-driven actions.

Power within, however, encourages introspection and mindfulness.

It calls for a conscious pause, allowing you to breathe and recognize your inner strength.

With this awareness, you ensure that your response is not an attack or a participation in the ongoing conflict.

By sidestepping the battle, you prevent adding fuel to the conflict's fire.

    🗝 My key point here?

The essence of dealing with such circumstances lies in standing firm in your power and articulating your truth clearly.

Feel your emotions, embrace them fully, and recognize that the change you seek may not come externally.

Focus instead on maintaining a connection with your truth and emotions, empowering your actions while distancing from power-driven influences.

Though this approach may not immediately dismantle power structures, it undoubtedly transforms your relationship with them, allowing you to navigate life with authenticity and strength.

Let’s go even deeper into the BODY.

📍 THE BIO-CHEMICAL CONNECTIONThe Nervous System Hijack.

To deepen the exploration of anger, injustice, and personal power, it's important to consider the biochemical roots of our emotional responses.

My mentorship with the brilliant Sarah Peyton (a renowned expert in nonviolent communication and interpersonal neurobiology) has truly highlighted this in a tangible way, and proven through my healing work with my clients.

Rage, grief, and care circuits in the brain trigger biochemical reactions, often leading to nervous system dysregulation from a young age.

When children feel their anger goes unseen, this can evolve into more complex emotions like fear, grief, and panic.

This circuit links fear with addictions to substances like benzodiazepines, alcohol, and Sugar.

Emotions, driven by a longing for safety, underscoring the deep ties between biochemical responses and emotional states.

SO AS YOU CAN SEE. It’s all about SELF PROTECTION - rightfully so.

Again, even addiction can be healed through feeling seen, loved and FELT through presence alone - turned habit.

The goal is to pause and learn by experience - to bring the care circuit back into the nervous system - which associates with yummy opiates to support the “fire” in the house.

Acknowledging and addressing the biochemical roots of our emotions, we can take a transformative step towards aligning with our inner strength, navigating life with authenticity and resilience.

📍LAST BUT NOT LEAST, the SPIRIT

From a spiritual and evolutionary perspective, these very injustices hold hidden opportunities for evolution.

The moments when we feel most wronged are also the moments when we are given the greatest chance to rise above our lower emotions and transcend old patterns of pain and reaction.

Think about it: If we only ever encountered fairness, we would never be challenged to develop resilience, patience, or let-go skills.

The real spiritual challenge is not in avoiding, but in mastering how we respond to it.

Instead of seeing a situation as a enemy, we can begin to see them as an unexpected teacher—giving us the chance to grow.

The deeper question becomes: Do we stay trapped in resentment and victimhood, or do we use the experience to strengthen our inner peace and emotional mastery?

Ultimately, the contrast between human justice and spiritual justice boils down to one powerful truth:

We can choose to be right, or we can choose to be free.

One keeps us tied to the actions of hierarchical dark power; the other sets us free to evolve beyond them.

Life is not about controlling what happens to us.

It is about transforming who we become in the process.

💛 Heal the hidden unconscious contract.

HERE IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF HOW I BRING CLIENTS THROUGH A UNCONSCIOUS CONTRACT IN MY HOLOGRAPHIC READINGS where we define the unconscious contract and shift into being a self-witness to our past pain hanging out in the field.

    Exhibit One Template.

    Exhibit Two Real Example

    In closing.

Anger’s messy, not always handled well.

But it’s starting to look like a gift—a loud nudge saying life’s pulsing, needs exist, standing up is an option.

Maybe it’s less about banishing it and more about hearing what it’s defending.

Having a witness is key to our healing.

  • De-Evolution: When It's Not Worth Living.

    Well HELLLLOO Beloved!

I trust you’re enjoying the SPARK of spring ENERGY!

(Prayers to those in these past tornadoes rushing through middle America).

You’re in the right place if you wish to leave the darker season and chilling temps behind ……as we CHOOSE to move into the next birthing season of life.

I’ve been noticing the depression and lack of ambition and vision in my clients, which brings through THIS TRANSMISSION TODAY.

And it’s a seriously helpful one.

As of recent, Ive had many clients with funerals and laying to rest young adults due to suicide.

In FACT: 1 out of 4 young people have contemplated suicide in the last 90 days.

While Anti-depressant prescriptions are up 600%.

The division and separation, and addiction to technology leaves our soul's dry and empty.

When we look at the stages of de-evolutions based on my client interaction of 21 years, I see the process in stages of death to birth.

The flow is —revolution, involution, narcissism, isolation, transformation, evolution, and revelation—

At the end of this, I'll walk through the revolution.

But first, let’s start from the top. THE IV DRIP OF DENIAL.

Denial grows out of a dysfunctional relationship with emotion. Many of us grew up in environments where emotional bypassing was the norm.

We watched our parents swallow their tears, mask sadness with a smile, rationalize or talk their way through feelings, or laugh off pain and discomfort.

When parents and teachers asked us, “WHY are you crying?” they unintentionally inhibited our intelligent emotional process and suggested that rationalizing our feelings was more appropriate.

For some of us, childhood pain was numbed with sugar and treats, screen time, or other comforts, and many of us continue to do this throughout our lives.

Those of us who managed to hold onto our sensitivity were often told we were too sensitive, overreacting, or called drama queens.

When children are discouraged from feeling, they grow up to be adults who can’t tolerate discomfort of any kind.

We all need humor, so I’ll just drop my mom and I here for ya.

    RELATE?

That said, when it comes to considering life’s not worth living - and HOW YOU ABSOLUTELY have all the power you need, NOW.

    👇🏼

A life lived without conscious awareness can feel painful, isolating, and unfulfilling. True satisfaction is not a matter of chance

—it comes from the deliberate choice to design a life that mirrors the feelings you truly desire.

Often, our suffering originates from unconscious decisions that trap us in a sense of victimhood, injustice, and defeat, convincing us that we have no power to shape our outcomes.

But remember: your feelings are not random. They are signals, indicating the inner reality you've built.

The emotions that surface are exactly those that need healing, so that the solutions already available can begin to flow into your life.

This recognition, where you see the need to heal in order to reconnect with your true source, is what we call an awakening.

I awaken to the choices I make.

I awaken by understanding that everything happening is exactly as it should.

I awaken by releasing my resistance and surrendering fully to what I experience.

Healing the core cause of your suffering brings transformation.

However, if you focus solely on the pain you feel, you may miss the deeper, divine reality waiting to emerge.

    The Choice to Suffer

Consider this: What do you gain by holding on to a bleak view of your situation? Just one conscious decision toward where you want to be can begin to ease your suffering immediately.

    Is suffering inevitable?

    NO

—it is a path chosen unconsciously when we cling to low-energy emotions.

You might not even realize that these feelings are keeping you stuck.

Instead of fighting them, simply acknowledge and surrender to them, understanding how they are shaping your reality.

A life lived in unconscious suffering is like a tumbleweed, blown aimlessly with no control.

A life defined solely by suffering feels like it isn't truly yours.

But a conscious life feels directed, empowered, and aligned with who you really are.

The sense of separation you feel stems from forgetting your true, Divine nature.

When you focus only on your immediate, human experience, you narrow your awareness.

While the human eye sees only what is immediately in front of it, the

Divine sense feels deeply—knowing exactly where it is, where it wishes to go, and the best way to get there.

One perspective leaves you stuck; the other sets you free.

Suffering as an Invitation to Heal

When you experience suffering, it is a call for healing.

Awakening allows you to bring a Divine flow into those dark moments and dissolve the pain through conscious awareness. Suffering isn't a punishment—it's an invitation.

Heal it, and you open yourself up to greater abundance.

If you find yourself suffering without understanding why, it may be a sign that you are asleep to your own power.

It's time to wake up. Recognize that your life is your creation. If you don't see how your choices shape your reality, you will remain trapped in an endless cycle.

Although guidance is always present, resisting these subtle signs leads to a feeling of isolation on your journey.

When you ignore the lessons hidden in your life experiences, you recreate the same patterns over and over.

Instead of wandering aimlessly like someone refusing help, imagine taking the hand of a loving guide who knows the way home.

    Embrace the uncertainty:

    I am lost.

By admitting it, I invite guidance.

By becoming aware of my current state and feelings, you welcome the Divine into my experience.

Surrender is not weakness—it is the gateway through which healing and transformation flow.

Which brings us to evolution as you explore potential, power, and purpose.

And lastly, revelation - where everything clicks.

You realize that love isn't something you find—it's something you are.

You stop seeking external validation because you're grounded in your own light.

You've become a channel of grace, a beacon of love, and a force of empowerment.

    Love you to the moon!

Which we just past a blood moon, and boy are we feeling it.

  • Your Freedom Isn't What You Think

    Hello beloved,

    Point blank.

Your deepest yearning isn't for the next relationship, career move, or achievement.

At your core, all you truly want is to be happy, to feel okay, to experience peace and love.

This is what the soul craves, always.

If you're sincere about your spiritual growth, you'll eventually see that it all boils down to one thing:

    - allowing distorted energy—your chi, your Shakti—to re-orient and flow freely.

🙏 The Heart of the Matter Example from a Holographic Reading Breakthough 🙏

If you're sincere about your spiritual growth, you'll eventually see that it all boils down to one thing: allowing your natural energy—your chi, your Shakti—to flow freely.

The beauty of true spirituality is that you get to have everything you've ever really wanted.

The trouble is, most people don't know what they truly want.

What you want, guaranteed, under all circumstances and at all times, is to be happy.

To feel joy. To feel love.

To not be afraid. To feel that everything is fine.

There's nothing wrong with this yearning. It's what your soul naturally seeks.

The mistake happens when this yearning goes to the mind, which tries to figure out how to make this happen.

The mind says, "You need to get married," "You need more money," "You need to change careers."

But the mind only knows what it's been programmed with.

And here's the truth I've discovered:

Nothing your mind comes up with will satisfy a deeper yearning.

When you stand in front of a mirror trying on clothes, what are you really doing?

You're seeing if that outfit makes you feel good about yourself.

But that same outfit might hang in your closet unworn because it never feels right again. What you actually love is the feeling of well-being, not the object itself.

True spiritual growth begins when you realize your mind won't help you.

It begins when you understand that you have the right to be happy, to feel joy, to feel love—not because of external circumstances, but because that's your natural state.

Your job isn't to make things happen so you can be happy.

Your job is to be happy and then enjoy what life brings.

You are whole and complete within yourself.

The Truth About Your Natural State

When your energy flows properly, you're so filled with love that you don't need love from others—though sharing it becomes a beautiful experience.

The path forward is simple, though not always easy: look inside and ask, "Why am I not okay all the time?"

Then watch the parts of yourself that are creating disturbance without judgment.

You are capable of handling anything that arises within you.

Any emotion, any thought—you can face it all by relaxing, releasing, and allowing it to pass through you.

This is the beginning of true freedom—not freedom from other people, but freedom from the parts of yourself that keep you trapped in fear and need.

I invite you to explore this deeper path.

Whether through a Holographic Reading or the Oracle Journey app, discover how to release what's blocking your natural state of wholeness.

Because you deserve to live from that deeper place where neither your heart, nor your mind, nor the world can disturb your peace.

As you practice staying with this witness rather than getting swept away in the drama, something miraculous happens. A deeper energy awakens - call it chi, shakti, or spirit. It's your life force, now flowing freely without the blockage of resistance.

This is the freedom you've been searching for - not freedom from external circumstances, but freedom from your own reactive patterns.

Life becomes a playground rather than a battlefield.

If this resonates with you, and you'd like guidance on this journey inward, I invite you to book a Holographic Reading.

A doorway to discovering what's blocking your natural state of peace and how to release it.

Your freedom awaits - not in getting what you want, but in discovering who you truly are.

    Love you, Kassandra

  • The Untethered Soul and "Three-ring Circus"

TRAPPED IN THE THREE-RING CIRCUS OF YOUR MIND

Your consciousness is being hijacked right now—and you don't even realize it.

While you're reading these words, an invisible tug-of-war is happening inside you. The outside world demands attention. Your thoughts race alongside. Emotions surge from nowhere. This constant pull in three directions isn't chaos—it's your default state.

Michael Singer calls it the "three-ring circus," and it's the greatest magic trick ever performed: making you believe that these distractions ARE you, when in reality, they're just the show you're watching.

What if everything keeping you from peace isn't something you need to fix, but something you need to stop entertaining?

The truth is both simpler and more radical than most spiritual teachings dare admit: your consciousness—your true essence—is being dragged around like a dog on three leashes, and freedom isn't about gaining something new, but letting go of what never belonged to you in the first place.

Ready to step outside the circus tent?

Let's pull back the curtain on what's really happening in the arena of your awareness...

    First ring: the outside world.

    Everything you see, hear, feel.

    Open your eyes—it’s there.

    Close them—it’s gone.

Your senses grab light, sound, whatever, and your mind builds the picture inside, not out there like you think.

    Second ring: thoughts.

They’re running through your head, and you’re aware of them.

Same consciousness that’s taking in the world view - it is tracking these too.

    No split.

You can look at something and think about it—same awareness, doing both.

    Third ring: emotions.

Now, these aren’t thoughts or thought forms.

You can picture a boat in your mind, see words, hear that voice inside your head talking to you—that’s thoughts.

    Emotions? They’re different.

They’re vibrations, feelings, shifts in energy patterns you pick up.

    Not words, just raw force.

But they’re strong, and they latch onto your consciousness, pull it right in.

So, that’s the circus: the outside world you’re aware of, the thoughts in your head—your mind—and the emotions coming up from your heart.

Three rings, and your consciousness is stuck dealing with all of them.

Here’s the thing—it gets distracted by every single one.

Funny how 'distraction' turns into a spiritual word, right?

Deep spirituality? It’s all about handling distractions.

If you weren’t distracted by emotions, or thoughts, or the outside world—if you could just sit still—your consciousness could drop back to its source.

THE CALM LAKE REFLECTING BACK PEACE. WHEN STIRRED UP? YOU CANNOT SEE CLEARLY.

The source isn’t human or a “male God” manipulating the world.

It’s bigger, divine, universal, and always “as is” with no empotion or preference.

We could dig into that later.

But here’s the problem: we cannot stay there.

An emotion hits—boom, consciousness gets yanked to it.

Thoughts kick in—'What am I supposed to do?

Do I have time for this?

    Why’d she say that?'—and you’re distracted again.

Totally pulled by thoughts, emotions, objects out there shifting and moving.

Your consciousness gets drawn out, away from its center, onto distracting it.

Something happens outside—it sparks a thought inside, stirs up emotions.

They all line up, and next thing you know, your consciousness isn’t centered anymore.

It’s projected out onto these objects of consciousness.

So this is what the three-ring circus means.

In reading Living Untethered, it then balances —the witness, the three rings: senses, thoughts, emotions.

    The Futility of Mental Effort

    * The mind cannot escape itself through its own mechanisms—it’s a "built-in feature."

    * True freedom comes from losing interest in the mind’s games, not from mastering them, akin to leaving a heavy bag at the airport rather than struggling to carry it.

    * The body and the self are viewed as illusory, akin to a flute that doesn’t play notes but allows them to pass through.

    * Consciousness is the underlying reality, and the self is a mental narrative claiming ownership of experiences.

    * This recognition negates the idea of a separate "doer" or "seer," leading to liberation from the need to seek liberation.

Your absolute absence is your absolute presence...

Once you start seeing this absence, it just becomes more and more obvious when you are distracted, triggered and allowing the three-ring circus.

    Shatter the Illusion:

    Question the Norms,

    Trust Your Inner Wisdom, and

    Forge Your Soul’s True Path.

    So freeing, right?

So much love to you my friend.

  • Transcending Division to Personal Unity

    Hello beloved

I’ve been moving in and out of grieving this week and wanted to share the root of humanities path back to peace through a reflection.

May this be a mirror for us all.

As we navigate through this dynamic and seemingly world we live in, there's a prevalent sense of division we often feel around us.

However, the objectivity isn't in rectifying the world's divisive nature but in understanding our own individual identity and personal worth.

It all starts with us. and I'm going to share a deep insight through teh etymology of the word, "STANDARDS."

Take a moment, connect with your emotional system, your sense of personal power. What do you feel?

    Anger?

    Fear?

    Anxiety?

Maybe paralysis, shame, a sense of powerlessness?

Your emotional system is incredibly intelligent and at the core - you'll find issues of esteem, power, control, and even survival.

But what are you really trying to survive?

    It's "power threats."

Power threats are threats to your value.

What's under threat is your sense of power as defined by your value.

These threats can manifest as shame, humiliation, a feeling of losing value in the eyes of others.

Think about it: how do you get value in the world? How have you been taught to be valuable?

Which brings me to the illusion of standards.

Isn’t it intriguing how "standard" signifies standing firm, much like a flag rooted to a pole, standing upright against the blowing wind?

This brings forth an important question - are we standing firm for our own truth, or blindly adhering to a pre-decided set of rules and norms?

Throughout our lives, we unconsciously adopt a sense of separateness - distinguishing between 'I' and 'you', 'us' and 'them'.

However, this very notion of separation is a self-created illusion. It bifurcates the world, creating an antagonistic environment that ultimately benefits no one.

Instead, this illusion generates a hierarchy, a power structure that magnifies disparities among us.

    Here's a liberating truth:

We are all equal, complete, and perfect just as we are.

Each of us is unique, with our own narratives, spurred by our own versions of truth.

How liberating would it be if we stopped seeking validation or acceptance from outside and started accepting our own sense of wholeness and balance within?

In a world with billions of people, each holding a different opinion, it's crucial to respect, honor, and uphold our own truths.

The new 'standard' I suggest today, is standing firm in our beliefs. It's an inside-out stance, reframing the concept of 'standards' from an externally imposed entrapment to a self-driven embodiment of our unique truth.

    Ask yourself today:

Am I divided or am I whole?

The first step towards achieving personal unity is refusing to see ourselves as divided entities.

We need to rise above this illusion of separateness and embrace the beauty of our wholesomeness.

An often unacknowledged truth is this: We don't have to be in control of everything.

The moment we stop attempting to control situations or people is when we start experiencing true internal freedom.

The habit of passing judgement, especially on ourselves, is deeply wired within us.

Recognizing this as a habit and consciously working to break it is a fascinating stance towards self-growth and self-discovery.

Imagine a world where we all mattered, where our own unique voices echoed louder than the rigid societal norms.

Just picture a world resonating with a medley of vibrant voices, each contributing its unique rhythm to the symphony of life.

Wouldn't that world be a lot more inclusive and harmonious? Here's my challenge to you: Redefine your 'standard'. Stand firm in your truth.

Be at peace with others in their truth.

You do not need to be a guardian at the gate.

Notice when you make decisions based on trying to figure out how to self protect, or prove a point.

Embrace the journey of transforming the world, starting from within.

    Sending you love.

    Kassandra.

  • ♥️ You're Falling Back in Love

    Hi Sweet, Beloved.

Let’s talk love, a certain kind of love.

Resonance is a harmonic truth - a moment of alignment with your source.

We have encouraged you time and again to look for resonance in your decisions.

Resonance is harmony, a blending of your human self and your divine essence.

Feeling harmonious just feels good, safe and right.

Like that time you had a intimate partner, and everything felt harmoniously loving and as a perfect fit, a choice, cause and effect that blends seamlessly.

Yet we mostly make choices from fear, loneliness, sadness, anger, or other dissonant states

These are not in harmony - they are misaligned with the love and of source.

    In moments of discontent....

Always ask yourself, "Why am I not in harmony?"

The truth will reveal itself, but you must notice the difference between being in tune and out of tune.

When two voices sing in perfect harmony, the music is captivating.

But dissonance creates a jarring, agitating sound.

Your choices follow the same principle.

I demonstrate this every Holographic Reading I offer to clients. We pick up the scattered notes, which are shadow archetypes and unconcious contracts at the root.

When we are in resonance, we attract what you prefer.

When we are not, we draw in what we do not prefer.

    Simple.

    Compounding.

    Real.

So then, by sensing your resonance, you can discern whether you are moving toward or away from your desired reality.

Resonance is a vibrational signal, an alignment that can be felt.

If you attune to it, you will start to create a habit in your auric field of conscious awareness and emotional harmony.

Wherever you feel dissatisfaction, negativity, or suffering, you are out of tune with what is available to you.

Fortunately, there is a guiding source that references your highest good.

Your soul's intention is to manifest an expression resonant with universal love.

Each of your chakras represents a musical note, creating inner harmony as you become attuned.

If something feels unfulfilling, it means a thought form within you is dissonant.

This dissonance is a call to realignment - a signal that something blocks your flow.

Resonance is the Universe's call to you.

By heeding it, you open to the magic of creation and arrive at deeply satisfying experiences.

The vibrational hum of resonance is what everyone is drawn to - a call that matches the Universe's love.

If you'd like to fall back in love, with you - your soul and higher intelligence to guide you and support you -

Reach out for a Holographic Akashic Reading.

It would be a honor to be with you in resonance.

Through the use of intuitive psychic gifts, I connect with your spirit guides and deliver a highly detailed blueprint that offers both visual and descriptive insights, empowering you to release what no longer serves you.

  • How Could "Atomic Habits" Miss This?

    Beloved, how are you?!

I think we can both agree “Self Discipline” is not a fun choice of words.

    BUT…..

What If Everything You Thought About Self-Discipline Was Backward?

I recently read the book Superhabits and I wanted to share this deeply touching insight on where we go off track with “Personality Tests” and lack of intention, which spins us in circles trying to meet our illusive goals.

The author states what I’m about to share as a Universal System for a Successful Life.

Let me know if you agree.

    I do.

    Let’s jump in.

The Stoics think the only thing needed for a good, happy life is excellent character, something we can all develop — regardless of our circumstances — by cultivating four core virtues.

Most of us think self-discipline is about suppressing desires and forcing yourself to do things you hate. But true self-discipline isn’t about deprivation—it’s about redirection.

Think about it: your desires and emotions provide energy.

The problem isn’t having desires—it’s letting them pull you in unhelpful directions.

When you spend hours scrolling social media, you’re not lacking discipline—you’re just misdirecting your curiosity toward content that doesn’t help you grow.

True self-discipline liberates you. It’s about giving your desires better outlets, choosing deeper satisfaction over quick dopamine hits.

When we struggle with discipline, we are actually trying to develop multiple virtues at once—without realizing it.

The "Super Habits" That Shape Your Life

Did you know that humans are naturally predisposed to develop certain habits? These “super habits” or virtues are like muscles—you already have them inside you, waiting to be activated.

The ancient Greeks and Romans identified about 50 core virtues that form the foundation of human excellence.

And here’s the exciting part: any problem you face in life can be addressed by cultivating the right virtue.

For example, if you practice restraint by waiting 24 hours before making an impulse purchase, you’re not just improving your shopping habits—you’re strengthening self-control in every area of your life.

Regular habits make you better at specific tasks. Virtues make you better at being human.

The Four Cardinal Virtues: A Blueprint for Life

For centuries, we’ve had a complete map of virtues hiding in plain sight. The foundation of all virtues comes from four cardinal virtues:

    * Prudence – Governs thoughts and decisions

    * Justice – Guides interactions with others

    * Fortitude – Helps you move forward despite fear

    * Temperance – Helps manage desires (self-discipline)

Why these four? Because they perfectly map to daily life:

    * Every day, you make decisions (Prudence).

    * You interact with others (Justice).

    * You face challenges (Fortitude).

    * You experience desires (Temperance).

And here’s a fascinating insight: the best way to develop these virtues is in reverse order.

    * Start with self-discipline (Temperance) – Without it, you’re at the mercy of emotions.

    * Develop courage (Fortitude) – Otherwise, the first obstacle will stop you.

    * Focus on justice – Learn to serve others.

    * Finally, cultivate wisdom (Prudence) – Make better decisions.

Every virtue represents a golden mean between two extremes. Self-discipline isn’t about denying pleasure—it’s about finding the balance between overindulgence and excessive restraint.

Your Personality Isn’t Fixed—But Your Character Is Yours to Shape

There’s a dangerous confusion in our culture between personality and character. Personality tests tell us our tendencies and preferences—but they often suggest, This is just who you are.

But character is different. Character is made up of virtues—habits of excellence that anyone can develop.

When someone says, I’m just not a disciplined person or I’m not naturally courageous, they’re confusing personality with character. That’s like saying, I don’t have cardiovascular capacity while refusing to exercise.

Of course, you can develop discipline. Of course, you can become more courageous. Your character is completely malleable.

How Ancient Virtues Solve Modern Problems

Can virtues really help with things like social media addiction, impulsive shopping, or distraction?

    Absolutely.

Here are a few practical examples:

    * Restraint – Helps you resist trivial temptations, like impulse purchases or doomscrolling. Try waiting 24 hours before buying anything online.

    * Diligence – Helps you focus on what truly matters. Instead of forcing discipline, fall in love with what you're learning.

    * Orderliness – Ensures you prioritize the important over the urgent. But beware of the extreme—rigidly following a to-do list without flexibility for relationships.

    * Leisure (Utropelia) – True leisure isn’t about achievement. It’s about doing something purely for the joy of it. If you’d skip the activity if a magic button gave you the same benefits, it’s not true leisure—it’s just another task.

    Develop Virtues with Scientific Precision

What if you could develop character the way elite athletes train physical skills?

    You can.

    Here’s how:

    1. Identify the Right Virtue to Work On

Don’t try to develop all 50 at once.

Look at your current challenges and ask:

    * Struggling with impulse control? → Focus on restraint.

    * Finding it hard to finish projects? → Develop perseverance.

    2. Start Small

Any practice that exercises a virtue strengthens it. Unlike specific habits, virtues transfer across life.

    3. Reflect Regularly

Check in with yourself. Which virtues need attention right now? This isn’t about hammering away at one virtue forever—it’s about fine-tuning.

    4. Find Role Models

Look for people who exemplify the virtue you want to develop.

Virtue development is a communal activity, not just an individual pursuit.

    Key Takeaways & Action Steps

    * Reframe self-discipline – It’s not about suppression, it’s about redirection.

    * Identify the deeper desire behind your struggles. What are you really seeking?

    * Focus on one virtue at a time based on your current needs.

    * Remember: Practicing any form of a virtue strengthens the entire virtue.

    * Schedule regular reflection to assess which virtues need attention.

    * Find the middle path – Virtues are always between two extremes.

    * Learn from role models who embody the virtues you want to cultivate.

    * Trust the process – Small, consistent efforts compound over time.

    * Use personality assessments for insight, but don’t let them limit you.

    * Make time for true leisure – Something you’d do even if it accomplished nothing.

    These aren’t abstract ideals.

They’re practical solutions for everyday challenges.

    And the best part?

You already have everything you need inside you.

These virtues are simply waiting to be activated.

I hope you loved the reframe, and that your heart carries the premise of virtues with you today - and always.

The space between goal - and - action.

    Love you, Kassandra

  • Your Mind Can Build a Rocket—Why Can’t It Find Peace?

    Beloved,

We live in both our energy world and our physical world.

For example, right off the bat, we use the internet right after waking up, not even noticing it's like joining a shared mind that's now a normal in our daily live.

In exploring our inner thoughts and outer space, humanities next big steps as we study consciousness - is how powerful each person's mind really is- and how it effects the “all across time and space.”

    We all experience this.

It's a universal human phenomenon that has effected cultures through all of time.

Going deeper into the “why” comes from over 20 years of serving clients, as I witness a stone castle around the heart chakra as the basis of all transformation to break open to allow the light in - with self compassion.

Our analytical MIND and world’s hierarchy make love "scarce."

Many times, depending on our programming, genuine love without an agenda registers in our system as boring, weak, deceiving, soft or even be seen as threatening.

At the root, it's because it doesn’t match the pictures in our mind because our nervous system's set up for “love” to feel like fight or flight and protect.

Genuine love can (and often) is actually present already all around us. But we have yet to recognize it because we don’t even have a reference point for what that is. Nor do we trust it fully.

Our system reads it as “too good to be true” or in some cases we overlook it completely

But what if you could learn to let go?

What if you could quiet the mental chatter and find a sense of inner peace?

Understanding the Mind and the subconscious blueprint is critical.

Think of your mind as a still lake.

It's a vast field of energy, always present, but often disturbed by the waves of our thoughts and emotions.

When we cling to these thoughts, we create ripples and turbulence, preventing us from seeing the clear, calm water beneath.

The key is to understand that the mind itself is not the problem.

It's a powerful tool, capable of great creativity and insight.

The issue arises when we become identified with our thoughts, believing them to be our true selves.

The Trap of Clinging and grasping will make or break our growth.

We create suffering by resisting reality.

We resist the things we don't like, cling to the things we do, and worry about things that might happen.

This resistance is what fuels our anxiety and keeps us trapped in a cycle of negativity.

The Path to Freedom truly is Acceptance.

The answer always lies in acceptance.

Accepting reality, even the parts we don't like, is crucial.

It doesn't mean we condone everything, but it means we stop fighting against it.

When we accept things as they are, we open ourselves to a greater sense of peace and clarity.

We hold onto the things that bother us the most so we don't forget them.

    And guess what?

    They keep bothering us.

    That's really smart, isn't it?

We build a picture album of everything that freaked us out.

How do we get rid of worry?

Not by controlling the world, but by learning to honor, respect, and accept reality.

The problem isn't that it happened; it's that we couldn't handle it happening.

If we could handle it, we wouldn't store it.

    "I saw a snake.

    Thank you, snake.

    You didn't bite me.

    I learned something."

We become a knower of snakes.

We have a choice: make our lives about avoiding snakes, or learn to handle them.

Spiritual evolution is the ability to handle reality.

    Stop resisting.

Resistance is what locks the scars, the patterns, in place.

Acceptance is the opposite of resistance.

    Relax, accept, honor, respect, appreciate.

    Open.

    Let it go through.

You still have to deal with things, but you'll be clearer, less reactive.

You'll have more time and energy if you're not busy complaining and resisting.

The mind is a great gift.

It built rocket ships, flew to the moon.

But it wasn't meant to fix the mess you made inside of it.

The answer is to stop misusing your mind.

    Don't store things.

    Let them pass through.

Memory is a natural function; these scars are not.

    They're suppressed, resisted experiences.

    Start small.

    The weather.

You can't control it, so accept it.

"If it rains, we'll do this; if not, we'll do that."

    Fun is fun.

Stop defining success and failure by whether things match what you want.

    Life is life.

Handling Reality with Grace is the goal.

Think of it like this: you can't control the weather, but you can control how you react to it.

If it rains, you can choose to stay inside and enjoy a good book, or you can put on your raincoat and go for a walk.

The same applies to all aspects of life.

We can't control everything that happens to us, but we can control our reactions.

By choosing acceptance and resilience, we can navigate life's challenges with grace and ease.

    Here are the Key Takeaways:

You are not your mind: Your mind is a tool, not your identity.

Clinging creates suffering: Resisting reality only intensifies our problems.

Acceptance is key: Accepting things as they are brings peace and clarity.

You have the power to choose: You can choose to react to life with grace and resilience.

Thank you for joining me on this journey of self-discovery.

Remember, the power to create a more peaceful and fulfilling life lies within - you.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to explore further.

Book a session for a holographic reading.
