Today, we're encouraging you to step out of that paradigm, and shift your "why" away from the results, and instead focus on enjoying the process of becoming. As you live your life from that place, taking one action step at a time, you can begin to feel fulfillment from the inside, while still achieving the same results in the world. 

Only this time, your value won't come from the thing, it will come from witnessing yourself become someone you're truly proud of - someone who moves through the world giving your gifts freely and needing nothing in return.

Today we dive deep into the unconscious energy that might be attached to a previous role that we used to play.. or a situation of our family life that we aren't ready to let go of yet...

It took me decades to understand that many of the choices I made in my "adult" life were actually that of a scared or broken child that wanted something from my birth family... or wanted to be seen as something amazing in their eyes and the eyes of others....

What this lead to was a version of me that played a character in the world of needing to have it all together... while underneath was the energy of a confused, hurt, broken and needy child...  

There comes a point where we know we are ready to shift our situation.. we are ready to be the person we know exists inside of us, and we are ready to go within to ask ourselves why we do what we do, tolerate what we tolerate, or respond how we resond...

There comes a major choice point... and with that choice point we will be faced with all of the FEAR, and Unknown that represents all of what we need to see and experience in order to move beyond it and no longer have it be a factor in our process of life or decision making.

So what a crazy journey this has been! This week I had to look at this episode as potentially being the final episode I would create for the Like Attracts Like Podcast.

The message of this platorm is to continue to do the work, to show up and really make sure that you know who you are, how powerful you are, and that anything you are giving power to externally needs to be looked at.

The hardest part is when you have to use it to look at your own relationship to what you say you want, and how you respond when it looks like life is showing you what to do.

Today we talk about how we live our lives from the core ideas or beliefs about ourselves that we've accepted over time. Some projected onto us from others, and some created on our own through our choices and experiences that we've perceived a certain way.

We often continue this story based on those core beliefs unconsciously, making many choices from that place.

Awakening is realizing that there is the story you're telling, and also an “awareness” of that story, happening at the same time.

So WHO are you? The one who is aware of the story, or the one living and telling it? 

The more we dive into the story we've been telling and sit with all of its emotional and physical implications, the more powerful the release, and the more the world can open up for us to tell a new one.

This is confusing because there is actually a deep truth hidden inside, but the way it has commonly been delivered can be toxic to our evoution..  

This teaching can create a scenario where we try and "bypass" the process of actually addressing core issues and beliefs within ourselves, in an attempt to trick ourselves to be happy so we can get things, or live a better life.

But the truth is that no matter what is created, we will always "fall" back down to our baseline beliefs systems held in our unconscious.

Today we are talking about what to do when "happiness" is actually your biggest fear.

The fears that we develop inside of our life experience blanket each and every part of our life until they are revealed, examined, and transcended into a higher state of consciousness.

Even happiness can trigger certain fears from our past that tell us this "emotion" or "state" is NOT SAFE.

From here, our unconscious will go to work to shift us into a more "comfortable" state or mindset, even if that means a state of suffering.

Today we dive into several of my own personal fears towards happiness from a recent journaling excercise, and what I did to not only shift perspective on them, but to actually remove the fear of happiness.
