Today we dive into a show that was inspired by the new book written by Neale Donald Walsch (Author of the Conversations With God Series) Neale is going to be a guest on the Podcast in the beginning of June... and I can't wait to ask him personally about this idea...

In just about the center of the his new book "The God Solution" Neale writes about how when there is a frequency of understanding.. There is no need for forgiveness... That which you would understand "God" as... The essence and energy of PURE LOVE.... Would have such a high conscious and heartfelt vibrational understanding ... .That there would never be any need for forgiveness... Simply a knowing and acknowledgement of unconditional love as we evolve and expand on our journey "back" to God.... The illusion being that we were never separate from that which you call God in the first place ... and thus begins the Hero's Journey... The journey we are ALL on ... in one way or another.. This may be one of my favorite episodes so far... and for myself personally one of the most profound.

Thank you for joining me on todays episode of the podcast ... Today we dive deep into the energy behind what causes us to co dependently attach to something in the first place.. FEAR.

The energy of fear is what needs to be shifted, and the versions of you from your past moments that experienced that fear is who we need to talk to initially to release it.

In Theory.... It is actually as simple as just giving yourself permission to tell a new story, and to embrace your power and heart in this moment.... To allow it fully no matter what has happened.. or what is happening.. to TRUST..

BUT...lol. In most cases it is not that simple to actually DO. This is because the energy of those previous versions that have experienced judgment, shame, fear, or abandonment/abuse... absolutely have something to say about you... "feeling good" ... in the moment haha... they want some healing.. some clarity, and some relief for all of their suffering ... and YOU can give it to them!

This is a very powerful alignment understanding... but it can change your life today if you allow it...

Many of the ideas that humans have about creating their 'best life" or manifestation of a particular thing... has very much to do with saying... If you "FEEL GOOD" .. Then you can have the thing you want ...

I can't disagree with this belief or teaching... But there is more to it.. a very very very important part.. IF you are relying on the actual "thing" to give you that feeling.... then 1. You are not actually internally in your heart.. In alignment with it.. because you are giving it the power to make you feel that way.. and 2. When you get it and realize that it wasn't the thing that could actually make you feel that way... POOF..... it will go.... somehow .. someway... it will go away and you will feel possibly worse than you did before you started this process..

This is an inside job... and yes... You must find ways to feel good from the inside... so the outside continuously reflects that emotion and belief system back to you...

Today we talk about how important it is for you to imagine what you would feel like after the day you get what you want... and what to do if the thing you want actually IS a reflection of your alignment.. so you don't loose it.... again... lol!! I'm here with you and I'm so grateful for you!!!

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to listen to this show and join me today!

I reached a very powerful realization ... and that was this. I was journaling to find clarity and dive deep into the energetic and subconscious blocks that I had to living the life I was wanting to live. So I knew I needed to be more specific about what I wanted.

So I would then begin to script in my separate book... Writing out all that I wanted to see and have. Truly mapping out the life I wanted to live if I could wake up tomorrow and life that experience. The more data I had the more my brain would have to look for it in the world.. and the more the Universe could use to show me evidence of it to look at. : ). BOOM! Now what !!

Well... I did this for quite a long time... until I realized there was something missing..... Gratitude ... AUTHENTIC gratitude ... Not just "giving thanks"... But showing thanks for all of these things I was seeing.... And this WORKS.... Amazingly..

But there is one more thing that I was missing and that I just really got my "head" around not that long ago... and that is what could the ULTIMATE expression of gratitude be?? Not writing in a book... or praying... but what more ... there is something more.. what is it??

It came to me very loud and clear... The ultimate expression of gratitude ... Is living and being your authentic self in every moment, doing what you feel you came to... the way you feel you were called to do it.... YOU.... YOUR physical body in this world.. exists so that you can use it to express your authentic self... in the world.. with no fear of judgment or of a negative outcome. Today we dive in deep.. and I'm so grateful you are here with me !

We only sometimes look for the BIG things that we are asking for and lose sight of how we get to those .... I believe we get to those things by building our way to them with gratitude practices...
