Dear Creatives, this one is soo soo very special. 

In this episode, I'm interviewing my very dear mentee Kriti Agarwal (@art_corner_by_kriti on Instagram). She shares her insanely inspiring story of going from being in a dark place to finding her creative calling and then absolutely flourishing in her creative journey! 

Kriti shares her many lessons, how she went from being a little lost to finding her own voice, her own space in the world. Kriti and I had one coaching call in the middle of 2021 and the very next day she felt moved to take inspired and aligned action. After feeling down for a long time, Kriti changed her life course to selling her first piece of art, buying a domain name, building a website from scratch, creating mock-ups of her products to even more - all within a week! 

Kriti also shares how the community's love and support was absolutely instrumental in her story. She also talks about all her mindset shifts, her struggles and what steps helped her get out of the rut and how believing in yourself is absolutely necessary and magical! 

It's my sincere intention that Kriti and her story resonates with you and makes you feel seen. If such glorious growth is possible for Kriti, it is possible for you too. You only need to trust yourself and believe in yourself.

Hey Creative, we know about self-love and all, but the first person we miss giving unconditional love to is our own selves! It is so important to celebrate & Love yourself, and do it often. As a creative, this is even more important for you because our art and creativity stems from inside us, from our heart. And the only way to nourish yourself -  your body, mind and soul - is to show yourself unconditional love. 

When you act from a place of self-love, you are kinder to yourself. You take decisions that serve you and your energy, instead of doing things that don't align with you. When you work from a place of love and gratitude, things are just sooo much easierrr.. I'm sure you are probably aware of all these things, but it always works better when you have actionable tasks! Don't take my word for it - try it out.

Hey Creative!

You may (or may not) know that I have had a very humble beginning - I come from a simple middle class family in India. Throughout my childhood and well into my adulthood, I always knew money was scarce and hard to come by. I always found myself worrying about money. Sooo much so that at one point I even lost my sleep over it!

But even through this, I always had Money flowing in. I just didn't see the abundance - I was so attached to my limiting money beliefs. I thought I had to work a lot to earn a lot - and that's such a broken strategy! Through Jim Fortin's work and the courses I've taken with him - I came to know that Money is Energy and is actually easy to have. Sounds absolutely weird, right? But through Jim's courses I have had SUCH marvelous growth in the past year - changing my Money Stories has had such a tremendous shift. I do not even recognize the Viddhi that I was this time last year! 

Now I make payments with soo much joy and gratitude and on most days, I end up receiving back what I paid to someone else. How COOL is that! Money is not to be hoarded - it flows out from me and then so much more flows in - I'm amazed!

What I learnt from Jim's Money Masterclass has been phenomenal for my personal and financial growth - his teachings are GOLD. I personally have not found what he teaches anywhere else. Jim gives you no-nonsense breakdown of the simple steps you need to level-up your life. It all stems from YOU - there's so much inner work that is required and I'm so grateful to have such a beautiful Coach who can guide me through it.

A small incident that happened in December instantly made me realize that the 'next step' I need to take to level-up or go to take my journey up a notch is already laid out for me, clear as day! 

You are not Lost. We tend to be so caught up and carried away with the goings-on and stuff that is actually just background noise. All you need to do is tune into your awareness, actually open your eyes to actually SEE it - and make it yours. This might sound very simple or perhaps too complicated - but once you are aligned and you open your eyes and actually focus on what truly matters, when your silence the noise - that is when you actually SEE what's in store for you.
