It’s really easy to get CAUGHT UP in the labels.

In fact, sometimes, we get SO caught up in the labels……that we start creating our own limitations. Especially when it comes to SHOWING UP and BEING SEEN in our businesses.

And listen – I get it. “Being seen” is something I’ve struggled with, too. In fact, 90% of the clients I work with have limiting beliefs around this stuff.
