This week, October 5-12 is Mental Health awareness week, and we thought it would be a good idea to help raise awareness of what I've done to help myself through my issues around mental health, and detail some of the places you can turn to for help if you - or someone you know - suffers from this kind of illness. This October is Frocktober, raising money for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation. After enjoying the play on words when we discovered the event online last year, we spoke to Kathryn Kelly, one of the originators of Frocktober, about the event. Following our work (away from LinkAdelaide) on the Glass Trilogy with State Opera, a quick hello as obvious signs of Adelaide beginning to turn the wheels which spin at light speed during Mad March start to take place across the city. Oh, and a podcast in which the speaker is not in great voice. At all.

A brief talking only podcast where we chat about a few upcoming events, what we've been up to lately, and give a plug to a heap of hotels and the great events they've got going on each and every week.

In the first podcast for a long while we debut a new intro and outro (I'm not sold on my production yet), celebrate the 4th birthday of LinkAdelaide, and begin our fifth year with the launch of Links2Adelaide. Now to find some willing interviewees..! More soon. :)
