For the 46th time, Adelaide will, this May, play host to the Comedy Capers Gang Show. Featuring a cast of over 100 scouts and guides from across SA, the Gang Show features musical items and skits based around this year's theme of television. LinkAdelaide caught up with the massive event's Production Director Rebecca Knott as she readied herself for opening night.

From May 4 to 28, Adelaide's Urban Cow Studio will play host to the latest exhibition by Anna Small. Entitled 'Sprout', it features hand crafted metal representations of nature created by Anna and her husband Warren.

Playing Monash University's Student Theatre this month will be a new production of Roald Dahl's classic, dark tale 'The Witches'. Directed by Cassie Fumi and featuring Alex Roe as 'Mouse Man', the work promises to be a darkly funny new take on the kids favourite. I caught up with Cassie and Alex in the theatre..

In response to the perceived lack of traditional theatre spaces for new, up and coming theatre work in his home town, Paul Osuch has created the Anywhere Theatre Festival. Running for ten days in Brisbane from May 5 to 14, the festival exclusively features works in non-traditional theatre spaces. LinkAdelaide spoke to Paul using telephonic devices.

Opening May 3, ABACUS - The Life And Work Of The Greatest Artist Of The 21st Century is part theatre, part art installation. Created by Harley Hefford and the Beat Nineteen for Monash University's Student Theatre on the Clayton Campus in Melbourne, the show will enjoy a short, premiere season in the MUST Theatre from May 3 to 7.
