Times such as these often lead to people working to build a false sense of unity by suppressing the things that divide. This method is not productive because what is pushed down will eventually pop back up in the worst way. Today, we talk about how to handle division best. 

Did you know your greatest challenges are sometimes your greatest opportunities? We are sometimes so focused on what is not going right that we miss the bigger picture in front of us. What if what you have been praying for is right in front of you? Listen in to find out how to seize the moment. 

There is newness in the air. We have been given the opportunity to let go of the past and move forward in who we were always destined to become. We cannot manifest this newness, however, if we do not recognize its presence. 

What if those who hurt us to our core had good intentions at some point in life? When considering the evils done to us, it is important to also grapple with the notion of there being good in all people. 

It is not difficult to feel isolated in an era where social distancing and quarantine bring up the very best and absolute worst of us all. It is important to understand that everyone is healing from something. 

Words are powerful. We must be mindful of how we use them. Consider: Are my words necessary? Do they serve to uplift or tear apart the intended recipient? Would I want someone to say this to me? Do I have the right tone?

The greatest element of hope may be found in your story. Do not be afraid to share it!

"Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life." This Christian proverb is true, but how do we get beyond the obstacles that seek to destroy our ability to hope? We first need to understand that hope is a choice. Then, we need to put it into practice.
