It's ok to do things for yourself and not feel guilty about it, its ok to take your time and ENJOY it! Somethings are out of our control and it's ok not to stress about it. I also share my thoughts on how Im looking forward to the first three months of the new baby but Im NOT looking forward to the potential potty training stage, i know its far away but thats just something I dread. But most importantly Im feeling peaceful these days, now lets hope it lasts.

I also share about a conversation I had with another mom and how she didn't know how much I needed to hear that we were going through the same thing and that gave me so much relief! Join me this week as talk about how this year 5 has been the hardest yet, and just when I think its going to get easier something else comes up. This summer has been emotional and draining physically and mentally. I've made it through but there were days when it just never felt like it  was going end. I know everyone tells me its just a phase and it wont last forever but when your in the thick of it, it DOES NOT FEEL THAT WAY! And the worst part is I keep blaming myself for everything that goes wrong which is probably not good but it feels like it all my fault all the time!

Join me this week as talk about what the pregnancy hormones are doing to me! I mean I'm not entirely sure it's the hormones but it feels nice to blame it on something rather than just being an irrational parent. Basically I feel like a failure of a parent, or that I'm being lazy and I'm not helping my daughter be benefitted to her most capable abilities. I want the best for her and I want her future to be bright which means I have to do my best, and I came to the realization that maybe I'm not.

Join me this week as I talk about some insecurities I've been having. I know it isnt fun to hear some day these things about themselves but its the reality of what happens when you are on a journey of trying to stick with something new. Its been 5 months of adding in consistent exercise and I've been feeling pretty down lately that im not seeing the changes I wish I would see. Then I tell a fun story how my toddler didnt help situation while I was trying on a bathing suit, now I know she didn't mean to do it but it doesn't mean it didn't hurt any less. But someone told me once "when it rains its pours but then you have to look for the rainbow" so thats what I'm doing, Im looking for the rainbow! I hope if you are feeling anything similar you can look for the rainbow as well!
