The Live Feed

If you missed out on Mid West Music Fest, don't worry, KQAL was there to catch the action for ya! Tonight, we take you back to Mid West Music Fest 2024 for a live performance by up and coming indie pop extraordinaire, Landon Conrath. Hailing from Minneapolis, Landon started his musical career beating the skins, until he decided to try his hand at songwriting and put himself out front… and this gutsy move exposed all of London’s musical talents and that is why we love him today. Landon writes indie pop tunes chock full of hooks and exquisitely executed with the touch of a pro and the fervor of a young magician pulling his first rabbit out of his hat. I’m Bill Stoneberg saying “ta-da!” It’s Landon Conrath, LIVE from MWMF 2024, tonight on The Live Feed.

If you missed out on the 15th annual Mid West Music Fest, don't worry, KQAL was there to catch the action for ya! Tonight, we take you back to Mid West Music Fest 2024 for a live performance by, Radium Girls.
This Winona based band, made up of three wonderfully talented women, played its third ever show at this years fest. Though this band is new itself, each member of this powerhouse trio has past experience of their own, as they are all currently in other bands including the Cassie Brady Trio, Rogue the Wolf, and The Reach Outs. Their sound, self described as power pop, fits its label perfectly with its soaring vocals, energetic drumming, and gritty basslines that can be felt at an atomic level.
I'm Abby Hawkey, telling you to put on your hazmat suit, for this band is positively radioactive, as we bring you Radium Girls LIVE from Mid West Music Fest 2024, tonight on The Live Feed.
