Krystle's Tips For Mental Health:
Have an "army" around you.
Choose a loved one and fight like hell for them (for Krystle this was her children)
Have a counsellor who makes you feel seen
Fuel your body with healthy foods
Treat your health and well being as your full time job!
Take naps when you need them
Move your body daily
Read, keep your mind engaged
Puzzles/Games
Writing. Either through journaling or social media
