We sit down with Moreton Bay City Pulse midcourter Michaela Kadlecek to discuss her journey with one of the HART Premier Netball League's newest clubs and what it's been like helping build the team's culture and set the standards from day one since 2025.

Michaela also reflects on an incredible season with the Sunshine Coast Lightning Bolts in the Super Netball Reserves competition, where the team made it all the way to the grand final, and shares the valuable lessons she's bringing back to club netball.
