Since 1933, a monster  - affectionately known as “Nessie” - has lurked within Loch Ness in the Scottish Highlands. Nessie has been described as a “monster fish”, “sea serpent”, or “dragon”, with a large, long neck and one or more humps protruding from the water. Has a creature survived this long or is it a long-standing hoax?
