On our 10th episode we talk to our good friend Halldor Sveinsson. Halldor is a Black Belt under Master Pedro Sauer and runs 5 Aces Jiu Jitsu in Reykjavik in Iceland. He has been a friend and Mentor to the club since the start and we talked about his Jiu Jitsu and about egos in Jiu Jitsu definitely one not to miss.

Mark is a 1st Degree Black Belt under Pedro Sauer and is the owner of Integrated Martial Arts Academy.

We get to talk about his study of Gracie Jiu Jitsu, getting to roll with Rickson and his role in helping the Pedro Sauer association schools with their marketing.  On top of all of this he tells some great stories of the early days at his academy.

A great talk with Rondel Benjamin who is a Pedro Sauer black belt and brought Gracie Jiu Jitsu to Trinidad and Tabago. We discuss alot about learning Gracie Jiu Jitsu through concepts and situational training as well as how Master Sauer's teaching builds deeper understanding.

This time its the turn of Professor Mike Diaz Mike is the guy who promoted Robin and Peter to blue belt and is a fantastic instructor. He runs two schools in Utah and is one of Master Sauer's original students. He is also a Ginastica Natural instructor which we discuss.

We caught up with one of the most charismatic people in Jiu Jitsu and one of our favorites Professor Luis Heredia. Luis is a 6th Degree Black Belt under Rickson Gracie. He has his own amazing academy, Maui Jiu Jitsu and we loved chatting with him again.

We were so honored to be able to sit down with with Master Pedro Sauer.

Master Sauer is an 8th Degree Coral Belt under Grand Master Helio Gracie and Rickson Gracie. Voted best Jiu Jitsu instructor 2005 and Head of the Pedro Sauer Association with schools all around the world.

Dave Porter is a Pedro Sauer Black Belt.

He has competed prolifically in every type of Jiu Jitsu format. He is best known for his extensive depth of knowledge of the Darce choke but as we delve into this is just scratching the surface of his technical knowledge.

Professor Allan Manganello is a 3rd Degree Blackbelt under Master Pedro Sauer and Rickson Gracie. We are proud to have him as our instructor and was great to catch up with him and talk Gracie Jiu Jitsu.

We got to chat to Professor Keith Owen about his time in Jiu Jitsu, training with Master Pedro Sauer and his love if Gracie Jiu Jitsu as well as many other topics.
